We were settled very quickly, we arrived at 10 am and were immediately identified to the room, thanks to the reception staff, as well as the canteen staff, the food is very good, varied, the service is excellent, the room cleaning is also excellent, the towels were changed every day, the bed was changed 3 times in 2 weeks, Wi-Fi is now in the rooms, it works perfectly. The overall impression of the procedures and service received is good. This year we were very lucky with doctor Roman Tirkus. This is a doctor who knows how to hear, I not only listen. Unfortunately, this time there were some negative emotions. The quality of the procedure depends on the person who performs it on you. Some ladies treated their duties quite negligently, explaining this with a small salary. But, sorry, I can’t change this problem. I paid for my stay and expected the quality of the stated procedures. The quality of the food also varied, leaving much to be desired.

Convenient location of the sanatorium, sources within walking distance. Check-in, appointment with the doctor and scheduling of procedures - all without fuss and on the same day. We got to Dr. Room. At the appointment, the doctor listened carefully, examined, reviewed the medical history and prescribed treatment according to the indications. Afterwards, we met several times in the corridor, he was always interested in his well-being and whether the procedures were well tolerated, whether anything needed to be replaced. The procedures were performed professionally, on time without delays, and could be rescheduled at the desired time at the client’s request. I would especially like to mention the massage therapists. Strong arms, refined movements and always in a good mood. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, bed linen was changed every two or three days. It was even unnecessary. I tried to tell the maid about this that there is no need to change the linen so often, she said I HAVE to, it’s my job. The staff is friendly. In our free time, interesting excursions were organized. In the evening you can sit in the bar and drink beer. My husband and I liked it and want to come again.Negatives
Very ashamed for my compatriots! They tried to establish some kind of their own rules....arrange queues. Why? Everything is scheduled according to time! Apparently they don’t think without queues... and in the dining room they behaved, to put it mildly, not very decently. But the attentive waiters were great, they eliminated unpleasant situations. The city goes to bed early. At 6 o'clock all the shops in the city are already closed. Only restaurants and bars are open.

I am satisfied with the treatment in Karlovy Vary at the Krivan sanatorium. Lots of useful procedures - you somehow manage to do them before lunch, you can’t get treatment like that at home. The staff is polite, friendly, everyone speaks Russian. You do all the procedures here - you don’t have to go buy more in other sanatoriums. During the period of stay from 01/24/2018 to 02/04/2018 for treatment at the Hotel "KRIVAN", my mother and I - 80 years old - were quickly registered at the reception, everyone was told about the rules of stay and diet, we were sent to the nurse, she She also completed the process quickly, issued sanatorium cards and sent us for a consultation with the Chief Doctor MUDr.HAJER. The doctor greeted us cordially, listened carefully to our health problems and prescribed treatment. The room was on the 2nd floor, bright, warm, the bed was excellent, we liked everything except the carpet, the girls cleaned it well. My mother and I also liked the treatment; the medical staff was polite and attentive. In general, the team is good. The food is average, the waiters are very nice, except for one.Negatives
What can be noted in terms of shortcomings in our opinion, regarding nutrition: we had an 8 diet, well, we ate the same with everyone, we did not understand whether there was a diet doctor or not. Nobody approached us. There were shortages of food; when procedures were carried out during breakfast, upon arrival there was nothing left to take on the table. There were shortages of bread for about four days. Drinks are a separate issue: coffee is not clear; you pour in the grounds and the dirt comes out, there were no natural juices, as in all hotels, they were watered down, the soups were also incomprehensible in their taste and preparation technology. Special thanks: for the fish, meat dishes and vegetables. It’s very tasty! And the only older waitress behaved negatively towards people, did not look kindly, and if you approached her, she always answered angrily and grumbled, all people were indignant at her behavior. The carpeting / com 1202 / even though it was vacuumed, what’s the point, it’s dangerous to walk barefoot, it’s dirty, everything is stained. BUT IN GENERAL, MOM AND I LIKED IT AND THE WHOLE HOTEL STAFF WONDERFUL!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, EVERYONE!! If we come again, it will only be to the Krivan Hotel.
