The Hotel Krivan is close to the springs. I had a single room, the room was large and warm. I left the window open during the day even though it is November. I also had a kettle and safe in the room. The clothing closet is lockable. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, hairdryer, soap and shower gel. During my two-week stay I had a total of 39 spa treatments, all of which were carried out on time. You can also easily change the spa treatments. The SPA staff is helpful and polite. I really liked it. The food is also good, the staff is very friendly. I had a classic massage, very good! You don't need to take a cloth with you to use it. There are 3 hand and bath towels in the bathroom. This way you can save space in your suitcase. К сожалению сквозняк более сложный вопрос, который связан с ремонтом установка дверей в проходном коридоре и др.. В летних месяцах наоборот сквозной ветер приятно прогревает и естественно проветривает коридор. То что касается кроватей, в отеле имеются двухместные номера как с супружеской постелью, так и с раздельно стоящими кроватями. При наличии свободных номеров, работники отдела резервирования, всегда готовы пойти навстречу пожеланиям клиента и заменить номер. До скорой встречи в Карловых Варах!

We rested in the sanatorium from 12 to 25.02. The sanatorium is wonderful, the declared 3 stars are completely justified. The location of the sanatorium cannot even be better imagined, the Garden Colonnade is a meter from the sanatorium, the Mill Colonnade is a few meters away, so maintaining the drinking regime is very easy and pleasant, a leisurely walk three times a day is a pleasure. Our doctor prescribed us 11.8 and 6 sources. The spa treatment is excellent, all 33 procedures were performed, performed very efficiently and in full, the staff speaks Russian, special thanks to doctor Sofia, an excellent spa doctor. There were no problems with changing the time for completing procedures; everything was changed to a convenient time for completion. The premises are cleaned daily. At the end of the stay at the sanatorium, an antigen test was taken. Everything was great except the food. Perhaps after repeated complaints about the quality of food, something will improve. It is clear that after the pandemic everyone is living in economy mode, at the beginning of the holiday there were very few people, many sanatoriums were completely closed, then the holidaymakers stayed, the city was filled with people.Negatives

When we checked in, we were assigned a place at the table, breakfasts were set for the week, 12 varieties, but it was impossible to choose something different for every day, because besides omelettes and scrambled eggs, there was nothing to choose for ourselves. The pancakes were almost raw. The coffee has no clear taste at all. The website announced a buffet breakfast, it didn’t exist until they started complaining about the quality of the food, the restaurant staff didn’t even offer a plate of cheese and sausage, even when their availability was declassified, they brought it only if the waiter was told about it, for people who were already relaxing in the sanatorium, this was also a discovery, the old people sat and did not touch the plates, did not understand that they were supposed to. Теплые блюда будут приноситься по заказу, что бы не остывали и не инфицировались на раутовых столах. В настоящее время используются раутовые столы с холодными закусками, когда клиенты, как пишите не знали, что они предназначены для употребления и часто их возвращали обратно.
