We rested with a friend in April, the accommodation was normal, the food was quite acceptable, of course this is a sanatorium with a good location to the springs. The staff treats you well, any issues are resolved immediately, overall we had a good rest, the weather was a bit let down, I recommend a visit.

The KRIVAN sanatorium does not need advertising; it is filled with vacationers all year round. Good medical facilities, good food, excellent location. Everything is nearby: springs, shops, a theater, bus stops and Dvorak’s garden, where you can sit, breathe in the delicious air and admire the flowers. Attentive staff, executive maids, the ability, if necessary, to reschedule procedures. When you feel that the staff is ready to meet you halfway, you want to come to this sanatorium again and again, which is what we have been doing for several years in a row. Even the cold May days did not spoil the good mood. And we thank Sanatoriums.com for the precise fulfillment of its obligations: what we book, we receive in full, I hope that this will continue to be the case. The only thing that is not very pleasant is when you pass by the Bernard restaurant for treatments (it’s on the first floor of the sanatorium), it smells very much of tobacco smoke.

I was in the sanatorium from April 21 to May 4, 2017. Accommodation in the 3rd building of Krivani, single room with a balcony. The room is “fresh”, new plumbing, cleaning daily, towels changed daily. The procedures were carried out at a high level and the client’s wishes were taken into account. Doctor Kovaleva E.M. beyond all praise, one can feel professionalism and an individual approach (this is my personal opinion). The food was good enough for me. This is my 5th time in Vary, I consider this sanatorium to be the best in terms of price-quality ratio, many of those who vacationed with me during this period come here constantly. Packed rations leave much to be desired. Not equivalent to paid meals. It’s bad that they don’t allow you to pay for your actual stay at the hotel. We went on an excursion for the whole weekend and were shocked by the rations we received. From other hotels, tourists took out containers with hot food, and we got dry bread and sandwiches with a frame (not butter) and cheese.. ...

My husband and I vacationed in the Krivan sanatorium from 04/09/17 - 04/19/17. Thank you so much for a great stay and treatment. We liked everything. From the first minute of our stay at the hotel, we received only positive emotions. Friendly staff greeted us at the registration desk. The documents were quickly completed, we were escorted to the garage, where we were shown a parking spot for our car. Special thanks for the great accommodation. This came as a complete surprise and a very pleasant surprise for us. All 10 days we felt cozy and comfortable in the hotel. Excellent medical facilities, a wide variety of treatment procedures. During the procedures, a polite, attentive, professional medical worker. staff. I would especially like to mention the gas injection room and room number 19 for their well-coordinated work. Also, many thanks to the massage therapists for their quality work. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed regularly. The food in the restaurant is good, quite varied menu. As for the negative... cons can be found in any hotel. Perhaps they were here too, but we didn’t notice them. Everything was wonderful! We will recommend the Krivan Hotel to our friends. We hope that we will visit you again and again. Good luck and prosperity to your entire team!

Everything is great for me!!! Improves year by year. I have been treated in Karlovy Vary 6 times, 5 of them in the Krivan sanatorium and in the future - only Krivan! The best location - no climbs and close to both sources and excursions and bus stop 1. All in one building! Wear a robe for all procedures! Vacation procedures are organized clearly and professionally. The staff is very friendly, takes into account all wishes and provides the necessary assistance. Due to health reasons, I had to contact management. Without any dissatisfaction, they patiently and skillfully explained the situation, and, having found an opportunity, in a very difficult situation (there was a full house with check-in), they offered me options for relocation. The food is beyond praise. Any nuances of dietary nutrition are possible, agreed with the doctor. I have something to compare with; I was treated in Latvia. "Jaunkemeri", in Belarus san. "Lettsy", Staraya Russa, Svetlogorsk san. "Amber Coast", Crimea Alushta, Kislovodsk san. Rodina, Zheleznovodsk san "Mountain Air", "Health", "Kirova", on Baikal san. "Goryachinsk" and chose the Krivan sanatorium!!! Just staying in Karlovy Vary - in the center of Europe, gives you the opportunity to visit the most beautiful places in the Czech Republic and European countries.Negatives

We have been visiting Karlovy Vary for several years now, we love this city very much. This was our first time at the Krivan sanatorium. The food is good, the service in the dining room is good, the only negative is that if you come at the end of lunch or breakfast, then you have no choice. Many procedures are also good, but unfortunately they are not always of high quality. I liked the carbon dioxide and hydropuncture baths, it was nice to relax in the salt cave, the medical staff was friendly.Negatives
I really didn’t like the manual massage, there were only two or three professional massage therapists, and the room where the massage took place was very noisy. If you don’t get a good massage therapist (unfortunately, I didn’t remember the names, because it was my first time at this sanatorium), then it’s better not to get a massage at all. Gymnastics in the pool is also history. One shift is excellent - 20 minutes at a good pace (woman). The man Edward behaves disgracefully (8-10 minutes) everyone was frozen, the procedures had to be changed. The foot bath - in two rooms - is also different, I didn’t like it, it turns out I ended up in the wrong room.

In 18 days in the room, I never washed the floor in the shower. They changed the towels and bedding, but didn't bother wiping the floors. The trash was taken out daily. But in general, the quality of cleaning is so-so. No internet in the room. In general, I can recommend the sanatorium to friends

The only thing I wasn't very happy with was the elevator. Our room was on the very top floor, and there was only one elevator, so we had to wait a long time.

The treatment part left unpleasant memories. I spent 2 weeks in my home country making a resort map that no one even looked at. The doctor on duty wrote down everything in a card from my words and prescribed a drinking regime and procedures. On the fourth day of my stay I saw the attending physician. He was in a bad mood. In response to my complaints of back pain, he said that the mattress was to blame and prescribed pills. Replaced some of the procedures. They didn’t take any tests, they didn’t ask me about my health anymore. Although I think that in a health establishment it would not be superfluous. The procedure was scheduled for Saturday at 2:50 p.m., when I arrived, the balneocenter was closed. It would be better to go on an excursion. There is a lot to work on in the healing part.

There were some minor inconveniences in the restaurant, but it’s all normal, there were a lot of customers and not everything was provided on time, and the cleaning of the rooms was not done very well. The rating of the quality of accommodation has been corrected to GOOD, because the agreement when booking the room was completely different. They were placed in building 3 on the 5th floor, although they were asked to fulfill the conditions. You quickly get used to everything. ... I would like to wish the hotel management to do something about the personal luggage of vacationers. The three buildings are connected by steps, and the contingent of vacationers are mainly elderly people. And one more wish for entertainment events. The hotel is large, but nothing is provided.

The food in the sanatorium is average, it is not bad, but not excellent either. They gave us little fruit, only a few times. Sometimes there were stale food. Packed rations for excursion days are meager; both lunch and dinner are skipped during excursions. I note once again that I was at the sanatorium for my birthday, it’s a pity that the management of the sanatorium does not adhere to the good tradition of congratulating a person on his birthday, I was completely alone and I think it would have been nice for me.
