Poor quality of food, there are practically no fruits, they are cut microscopically and there is little of them, if you arrive 30 minutes late, many dishes are no longer there, nervous staff, faster, faster, the plate will be carried away from under your nose. Lack of black or green tea for dinner, instead of some kind of brew. The salads are not tasty. Many products are processed several times: sausages are made into soup, soups are also inedible, yesterday’s cutlets are used to make stew, etc.

There is some confusion with the paid use of the pool. The staff at the reception desk cannot accurately tell you the opening hours of the paid visit. To visit the pool for a fee, you must first go down to the pool itself, where they should give you some kind of piece of paper, with which you need to come to the reception, pay 4 euros for one hour, then you can go back to the pool. Moreover, whether you will be given a pass in the pool or not is not at all guaranteed. The instructions received upon check-in say that the pool is open until 21-00. I came to the pool at 19-00 with the question “can I visit the pool for a fee”, and the employee at the pool, who practically did not speak Russian and did not speak English at all, tried to explain something incomprehensible to me, and then began to attack me scream (which is generally an unprecedented fact) and in the end - she didn’t explain anything to me and didn’t write anything out. An attempt to explain the situation at the reception desk also led to nothing... In short, a paid visit to the pool is some kind of extremely confusing story. There are no clearly stated conditions anywhere on how this system works. What are the opening hours for paid visits? What is the invoicing and payment procedure? Is it possible to buy for 1.5 hours? For 2 hours? All these questions puzzled the staff. It seems that I was the first person who wanted to buy a paid visit to the pool and the staff did not know how to politely refuse me. I was especially struck by the pool employee who screamed at me loudly and for a long time. This shocked me so much that I didn’t even think to write a complaint. So it goes...

I liked everything. The staff is excellent, both in the hotel, in the restaurant and during procedures. We went on excursions, the guides are professionals in their field, we drove to Prague for almost 2 hours and talked non-stop for 2 hours, and on the spot too. In the restaurant the girls are all polite and fast, They will quickly bring what you need or tell you what and how. Natalya is a good massage specialist, very professional in her work. I think others are also no less professional, I just fell into these hands. In general, thank you for a good vacation.

Upon arrival, we were met and placed in a room by a drunk hotel employee, Krivan. The room was not what we ordered - with one bed and not two as we ordered without a balcony when we ordered with a balcony. The water pressure in the shower is very weak - it is impossible to take a shower. Internet is very weak. The accommodation manager is a very rude person. The food in the restaurant is not tasty. We moved to American Yard 4 days later.

We would like to thank everyone who tried to create maximum comfort for our stay and treatment at the sanatorium. This was our first time at your sanatorium and we were very pleased. Wherever we were, during procedures, in the pool, in the dining room, or just walking along the corridor, we met only friendly and very attentive staff. Great atmosphere, warm and homely. Clean towels every day, cleaning of the rooms👍 When we checked into the rooms, unfortunately the heating was not yet turned on. But when we told about this at registration, they immediately brought us a heater. Warmth after procedures is very important!!!!! Special thanks to everyone who performed the procedures. There was no need to wait anywhere. All procedures were on time and we were simply charged with a good mood. ❤️❤️❤️ Many thanks to the canteen staff and cooks for trying to feed us dietaryly and keeping us clean. 💞 And the trip to Prague was simply amazing👍🔥. The driver and guide created such an atmosphere that it seemed to us that the day just flew by like a dream❤️ Yes, the most important thing is sleep! We slept very well. I was treated at the Krivan sanatorium for the second time. 2 weeks from 17.09 to 30.09. The first time was last year in April. Compared to last year, the quality of food has improved significantly. Thanks to the chefs! There are a lot of salads, fruits, desserts! The waitresses in the dining room are very friendly, welcoming, always with a smile on their faces! The staff at the balneo are also friendly, all professionals in their field! The head nurse will always help with advice, smiling! The staff at the reception desk is very friendly, they immediately respond to requests... The maids cleaned the room well, changed the bed linen 2 times in 2 weeks! First they put me in Krivan 3. A terrible room for one person, literally 3x3 sq. m. meters, with a chemical smell, with a balcony that opens into the courtyard shaft: dark and unpleasant! The next day I asked to change the room and they settled me in Krivanm1! The room is bright, with a balcony facing the street and most importantly without a terrible smell!
