There are quite a lot of people and they don’t have time to discuss during procedures and in the dining room! The food is very simple! Many procedures are NOT available, the staff is not very kind... DO NOT want and DO NOT eat 😕 We have nothing to offer you! The same answer for procedures... choose what you have!!! The same thing happened at the reception because we had to move! "KRIVAN" is budget... but this time too... budget, although we have been there more than once before! ! !

The so-called gym is located in a small room; Schwarzenegger probably worked out on this equipment in his youth :) One room is located in the old part of the building, everything is in order there, and the second is in the new extension (4th floor of the 3rd building). These rooms are not soundproofed. I had to buy earplugs at the pharmacy so that I could sleep and not hear the woman snoring in the next room.

- Bed mattresses are getting old and very uncomfortable, it is high time to replace them! Canteen: - two identical menus ordered, often arrived at irregular times, waiting time of up to an hour. Plus different menus (e.g. one gets fried fish and the other steamed fish) even though the same menus were ordered. - At breakfast there was only a buffet for sausage and cheese, there was a very long queue and waiting time. - Service in the canteen was very poor, she only served the locals in a very nice and friendly manner, she treated others very unfriendly, careless, she treated us like a third breed of humanity. - Serving the food: You have to imagine that the waiter has brought a plate with food that the others should eat onto the others! And up to four or five plates like that. How can you call something like that hygienic? She only did that with non-natives! For the locals she carried two plates! - No fruit in the canteen (why not?) It is understandable that it is not a must in the room. I really have to say this was my fourth and last visit to Krivan. Canteen a no-go (people are not pigs!)

The sanatorium is a solid 3 star. By far the most noteworthy factor is treatment. The nursing team is especially friendly and professional. We had the tests in the package - everything was clear and on time. Please note that additional tests are available for a small additional fee. We were received by Doctor Khlupova - a very professional examination and prescriptions. The treatment nurses are also very friendly. The girls on the procedure schedule are also extremely caring. The cleaning on our floor was very good (room 2105 - thank you very much to Bar for your care and immediate solution to the problem with the previous room). Bed linen and towels are new. I cannot help but note the absolute advantage of the location of the sanatorium. All sources are nearby and you are always in the center of the resort events. The shops belonging to the sanatorium on the ground floor are worthy of attention in terms of prices below the main street.Negatives
There was a bit of negativity towards the dining room. There is an obvious lack of staff. The girls try very hard, but sometimes they don’t have time to clearly serve the influx of vacationers. The quality of the food is average. Many dishes are very salty. Salads are sometimes not the freshest.

Overall, I'm happy with my vacation. Treatment at a very professional level. Procedures that are not suitable are replaced without question. The food is at a good level, you shouldn’t expect champagne in bed :) The rest is a choice, the portions are normal. The rooms are of different levels, depending on the price tag. The staff is ready to help if a replacement is possible. I will note the verandas, in the evenings it is very lively, people communicate, it’s exactly the feeling of a resort. The staff is polite. I especially want to note the presence of the Sanatoriums.com office, it’s very convenient, your tour operator is nearby, Adela and Irina are just super. The number is a C with a minus. There is no Internet, you feel like you are in the 12th century. The food in the first week was bad, but in the second week delicious dishes appeared. So they can do it when they want!

The situation in the dining room really spoils a good holiday. Some products were not fresh. sometimes after the procedures it was difficult to find something for breakfast, and the quality of service leaves much to be desired. The work of the staff in the canteen is poor.

The cleanliness is striking not only in the hotel, but also in the city. When I expressed my desire to change the number, 2 offers were made. Large selection of dishes in the restaurant. Very competent information service. Here you can get a comprehensive answer to any question, sometimes not even related to the scope of their activities... Very interesting and informative excursions are organized and conducted. I was amazed by the fact that I was able to cancel my excursion for health reasons a few hours before it started... Good afternoon. We were undergoing treatment from 08/10/2022 to 08/20/2022. This was our first visit to Karlovy Vary. I was worried about how we would get from Prague and how we would combine the treatment. Since my daughter is in a wheelchair, I have to accompany her to procedures. But everything went perfectly! Everyone agreed with us and the schedule of our procedures did not overlap or took place at the same time in the same room. Many thanks to the staff who carry out the procedures. They are always in a good mood, always helpful and not in a hurry. If you have an excursion planned, they will reschedule the procedures without any problems so as not to miss them. We went to Dresden and Prague. It was very interesting. Excellent guides. We were also pleased with the food. Many thanks to doctor Sofia for her attention, practical advice and explanations. I also wanted to say thank you to the drivers who meet us and take us to the airport. Everything is very clear and punctual. In general, thanks to the entire Sanatoriums team for their coordinated work.Negatives
There are very narrow doors in the treatment rooms and the room. If you are in a wheelchair, it will be difficult. And you won’t be able to get to Balneo in it. The guys didn’t take this into account when placing us and gave us room 1203. And from there there is no elevator. But we have a special case, and those who are on their feet will have no problems.
