I was in this sanatorium for the second time and I can say that I liked everything, except for a slightly careless attitude towards my request for accommodation. Last year, my friend and I from Sofia arrived in Krivan from October 1 to 16, and we asked to take into account our requests for rooms nearby and with a balcony. The requests were fully satisfied and we received rooms 1207 and 1208, which was especially convenient for me, since I use a walker to get around. I sent the application in February of this year, that is, 7 months before the date of arrival, with a request to provide us with the same rooms this year. All these 7 months the site simply sent us replies saying that “our wishes will be taken into account”, then “that we need to send wishes a week before arrival”, and upon arrival it became clear that providing these numbers was out of the question. .. I believe that these were just unsubscribes and nothing more. That is, those who received my emails in particular did not even bother to contact the sanatorium directly and book the indicated room numbers. As a result, my friend received a room not only not next to mine, but in another building, where I could not even get one visit, since there are steps between parts of the building and it was simply impossible for me and my stroller to get there. Then they changed her room to the same floor as me. I was injured in my room, a very serious injury - I broke my head on the bedside table when I fell, and I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where the wound was stitched up. There was a week left before the deadline. During this time, I went to the hospital 4 times for bandages. I would like to thank the doctor of the sanatorium, Alexander Mirsky, for his attention and care, as well as all the staff with whom I had to deal - everyone was very attentive and helpful. Despite the injury, Dr. Mirsky rescheduled the procedures for the last week, for which I am very grateful. I would really like to thank the canteen workers - the cooks, the waiters, and everyone who works there - thank you very much for the excellent work, for the fact that, despite the large number of clients, they tried to satisfy all the wishes as much as possible. And the cooking deserves special thanks - everything is very tasty, the products are fresh and varied. Despite the fact that my stay was not cloudless, especially due to the injury I received, I am very pleased with my stay in this sanatorium and hope that next year I will be able to come there again at approximately the same time. We just kindly ask you to be more attentive to the request for numbers. This is especially important for me because I can't just walk without the help of a walker. It is very important. I hope for your understanding and real support. The review, I think, is quite positive, despite some individual points. Thank you

Good afternoon! We really liked everything about your sanatorium, but the FOOD leaves much to be desired - the quality, quantity, and assortment simply shocked us. We were forced to eat outside, since our stay at the sanatorium was short. How do sick people who come from far away for treatment generally eat in your sanatorium???? It’s terrible, just terrible, because it’s not a time of famine, let alone a sanatorium. The management will pay attention to how and what they feed the guests at the Krivan sanatorium!!! The sanatorium is located near the mill colonnade. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the springs on a flat road. The treatment rooms are well equipped, and renovations have been carried out everywhere. Everything shines clean. The food is varied. Every day the menu includes beef, pork, poultry, fish and several dietary dishes. A lot of chopped vegetables, not enough fruit. They were there, but those who didn’t have time were left without them. My suggestion is to place fruit on the table for everyone.Negatives
I got a room with a view of some wall. But that's nothing. But something was dripping in the wall and it was very annoying. I told the technician, but she didn’t react. So I listened to this drop for 14 days.

The first impression was terrible. I was placed in a completely shabby room, and, worst of all, to the toilet I had to go down three high stairs, where at the bottom there was a toilet the size of a 5-year-old child. The first night I almost twisted my ankle there. My mood was completely ruined. I went to the administration, they offered me another room without talking. Thank you very much!!! New, clean, even with a balcony. But! on the second floor, in a well, overlooking the rock. And this is all, in principle, normal, but it was obviously always a little dark in the room. There was not enough lighting. In any case, compared to the first room, it was many times better! There is a lot of running around in the dining room, I think because of the number of halls and people. Some kind of neurotic atmosphere. Food - you won’t die of hunger, but you’ll rarely get pleasure. 3 times the meat was completely tough. My advice to cooks is that cheap meat is difficult to cook to a tender consistency. Make more cutlets, meatballs, kebabs, i.e. minced meat. And there will be far fewer complaints. The food, in comparison with the Zheleznovodsk resorts, Aquatherm or Mountain Air, is simply incomparable in quality.

This was our first time in Karlovy Vary, so I can’t say anything for comparison. At first glance, everything is fine, except for the restaurant (Bernard) in the Hotel, opening hours until 22:00. but at 20:30. They don’t launch it anymore and rudely say that it’s too late.

The staff is friendly, but some of the guests... Twice a day is enough. The coffee shop in front of the hotel is open from 06-00 for those who like an individually prepared drink. There are restaurants, pubs and wine bars all around. By the way, the further from the resort center, the cheaper and, in my opinion, tastier: in the city, not far from TESCO, for two people for 305 CZK - two huge portions of St. ribs, 3 large beers (dinner was extra).Negatives

Wonderful sanatorium! Excellent location - very convenient to get to both the sources and just for a walk. Very attentive staff - both medical and service. The food is excellent - a large selection of both breakfast dishes (a varied buffet to suit all tastes) and custom-made dishes (there are all types of meat, poultry, fish, veterinary food, etc.). Special thanks to doctor Olga. The procedures were prescribed taking into account my wishes. Luxurious swimming pool! I was very pleased. I would advise hiring more trained staff at the reception; the level of knowledge of languages (Russian, English, German) leaves much to be desired... Due to ignorance of even basic phrases in English, very big problems arose during registration, when exchanging money, and any other questions.

In the last 4 days of my stay at the hotel, I began to feel pain, severe itching and numbness in the left side of the body - back, thigh, stomach. Yesterday I returned home, all the symptoms continue. Red spots appeared on the stomach. I'll go to the doctor today.

On the negative side, I can say that my room overlooked a remote courtyard. And several times very early in this courtyard, garbage was taken out with a loud noise. From the hotel adjacent to Krivan. About 4:30 a.m. local time. They also replaced my refrigerator twice, which did not freeze, but on the contrary, it was hot in it! And my first food items for dinner spoiled. I had two meals a day: breakfast and lunch.. The refrigerator was replaced with a more or less normal one the third time. But I didn’t really like the food at the sanatorium. There were certain dishes that were difficult for people with problems to digest. And the most important thing is the number of steps in the corridors. For people with musculoskeletal problems it was pure hell! And no one helped carry a heavy suitcase on the day of arrival and departure.
