The food is monotonous - buckwheat, rice, pasta. And so on in a circle. During the excursion to Prague, we were given a meager ration: a couple of rolls and pate, a bottle of water. Upon returning from Prague, we went into the canteen to drink kefir, the canteen worker stopped us and indignantly said that we had been given rations and we could not claim dinner.

The pool is a separate procedure, and when more than 6 people are splashing in it (and this is almost always the case), it becomes crowded.

I can only express my gratitude to the entire team of the Krivan sanatorium. Everything works harmoniously. Starting from the team at the reception and ending with the maids, you get only positive things. They greet guests warmly, politely, and very attentively. The first appointment with a nurse - again you are met with understanding and sensitivity. And the doctor, Mrs. Sofia, is a professional. All the staff who carry out the doctor’s orders are all attentive, they do their job not automatically, but with their hearts, as they say, they put their souls into it. The cuisine is excellent, thanks to the chefs. And the girls and boys waiters are simply wonderful, they provide excellent service. The rooms are clean, cozy, comfortable furniture. There is nothing to complain about. If I have the opportunity to go to Karlovy Vary again (as they say, all the stars will align), I will try to get to “Krivan” and I advise others, I don’t think you will regret your choice.

This is my fourth time at the Kravan sanatorium. I really like the location, the treatment, the helpful medical staff. The restaurant has several rooms for dietary meals. Breakfast buffet, lunch/dinner main course a la carte. The rest is a buffet. The waiters work quickly and are very polite. Good number. Cleaned every day, towels changed every other day, bed linen every 4 days. I liked it very much. Thank you

We didn’t feel any negativity as such. There are a few small wishes, such as that there should be some kind of shelf on the wall in the shower for soap, shampoo, scrub, etc. Otherwise, we had to put our bottles and jars on the floor, and this is not very convenient, and not hygienic. And further. Upon check-in, we were not reminded that we needed to call Sanatorium.com so that we could be included in the excursion to Prague. Because of this, we almost missed the excursion. We hope to visit Karlovy Vary again.. Thank you.

There will always be something wrong - little things... The massage is very simplified, superficial. There was an accordionist concert in a small hall with about 60 people and no air conditioning was turned on - it was very uncomfortable...

The service at the hotel was very good...because the guys from Ukraine worked...Well done!!!!But as for the workers of the medical clinic. Just shock!!!! They will do whatever you ask,,,, but first they will definitely be rude... It seems that you are simply annoying them.. There are a lot of elderly people who have problems with the musculoskeletal system.. I have witnessed scandals with nurses.. And in a restaurant, There may be enough food. Sorry for the details, I understand that this is a 3-star hotel... And also about tourist trips that you can take advantage of. On a trip to Paris, we were accompanied by a young girl named Nastya.. I remember with sadness how she simply tried to show us with her rudeness How stupid and narrow-minded we are. Naturally, many of us on our trip did not speak foreign languages. Everything about us irritated her. There is so much anger in this young lady....... I want to write something pleasant, but you will forgive me... Just sadness, And I also lost the first day, because my plane arrived after 15:00 pm And it took almost 3 hours to get to the hotel because of the rain.. And my last day, my plane was at 8:00 am and I left the hotel at 4:30 am.. ..... But I saw that many were happy .. So, I’m only writing my impressions... I boasted here that I was going to Karlovy Vary... And after the trip there is nothing to praise them.. Much to my regret.. Only disappointment and SHOCK.. Be Healthy ..
