Not so much a negative, but rather an opportunity to further improve the quality of service - diversify the dishes, distribute at least a fruit to everyone every day (in 2 weeks they only distributed an apple 2 times, i.e. once a week an apple), replace the dishes - the dishes are common broken: glasses, decanters. Regarding the treatment itself: one nurse performs several procedures, for example, gas injections and lymphatic drainage. This has risks for the patient; after all, injections are a responsible procedure. Doctors spend very little time on the initial examination and the intermediate examination.

We booked a room with a bathroom, and on the day of arrival we were accommodated in an old room with a shower and a view of a blank wall, damp and cold. The radiators are cold, there is a draft and streaks of dirty water on the old wallpaper coming off the walls. The first impression of the holiday was terrible. The next morning, Monday, they changed our room to the one we wanted, with a bathroom and hot radiators. The second room was good, if you don’t pay attention to the fact that the upholstered furniture has been “asking” for cleaning for a long time. The schedule of procedures is very tight, the first procedures are at 6.40 in the morning, and you still need to go and drink water, just an army daily routine. For those who want to sleep while on vacation it will be difficult.

-there are old, terrible, shabby, unrepaired rooms. They just put me in one of these, and they changed me the next day. The impression was created when communicating with people that everyone was first settled in them, then those who were indignant were moved out without a word. -hard, wooden mattresses on the beds, pillows are also uncomfortable. - monotonous, the same food every day. And most often it tastes bad. No fruit. If something runs out, this dish is not replenished. That's why everyone runs to the dining room on time. Almost a struggle for food. This is the first time I’ve seen this!!! -The staff (not medical) are very unfriendly, they are all kind of angry, dissatisfied, especially the maids at the reception, in the dining room. -there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, it’s just strange.

Perfect for people without knowledge of foreign languages, also for those who feel uncomfortable in a foreign country, since everyone here speaks Russian; early check-in (no additional fee); a classic sanatorium, similar to the sanatoriums of the Caucasus (min. water); buffet breakfasts - porridge (alternating oatmeal and rice), boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sliced cheese/sausage, 5 types of cabbage (for breakfast, lunch and dinner), sausages, meatballs, fish; lunch and dinner are ordered during breakfast, a choice of 12-15 dishes is offered, of which there are 4-5 meat dishes to choose from (fish, pork, beef, chicken, lamb), the portions are large. Staff: smiling, trying to help. The room has a kettle, TV, change of towels every day, cleaning every day (with a vacuum cleaner), and the presence of bathrobes. Treatment is the usual sanatorium-resort treatment, 26 procedures were prescribed over 13 days. With two meals a day, you can choose either lunch or dinner every day (that is, alternate, as convenient).Negatives
Some dishes are spicy, sometimes the porridge is heavily diluted with water, and if you arrive for breakfast 45 minutes before it ends, some of the dishes may no longer be there. Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows ("wooden"), but you can sleep.

Cleaning the room is normal, but with its own nuances, namely: on Saturdays - only the trash was taken out, on Sundays there is no cleaning at all. Food: the salad bar offers only cabbage in 2-3 variations, carrots, grated cucumbers, daikon, tomatoes - very rarely; honey, jam - 1 small box of each per person; At breakfast, tea bags were only enough for the first 30 minutes, they didn’t report, there was no green tea at all. Treatment: the balneo center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. maximum, because... the hotel is large, the schedule of procedures for the day is very tight, you don’t have time to relax, as you should; they can also prescribe, for example, a massage 30 minutes after the start of breakfast or lunch, and this is nonsenseNegatives
In the second building, the ventilation in the bathroom works very poorly: in the bathroom it doesn’t work at all, in the toilet it works very loudly, but doesn’t help - the toilet smells like a station toilet (room 2405). All guests living in the second building complained about the smell of the toilet in the room. Very uncomfortable pillows, if you have problems with the spine in the neck area, a sleepless night is guaranteed. there is no laundry service in the hotel for guests; at the reception they send it to the city laundry. In the Bernard restaurant in the hotel you cannot order hot food after 18-30, because... The kitchen is no longer open, only drinks, although the restaurant is open until 22-00. The accommodation service does not work on weekends and holidays, i.e. If you arrived on Saturday and you didn’t like your room, you can only change it on Monday.
