I don’t like the fact that you can’t book accommodation in a certain building in advance. There are many stairs to get to the elevator, and a middle-aged person with problems with the musculoskeletal system experiences great inconvenience. I had to change rooms twice and almost three days were ruined. Very monotonous and limited menu. As for treatment, there are no problems here. Thank you!

The doctor was too quick and treated us like it was assembly line work. The timing of the blood test was poorly planned. Time management was therefore stressful. The food was hardly or not at all edible. There was almost never any food, it wasn't fresh and it didn't taste good. For example, the salad was too sour, or the pancakes (with meat) at lunch tasted like they had been there for three days. You should also “look” for food or coffee as if you had nothing better to do. There was a huge brown stain in the mattresses where we slept, which we discovered on the last day. Very disappointing. They were also hard and uncomfortable. As a married couple we got separate beds.

The quality of food could be improved, there were few vegetables and fruits, cabbage salads served every day on the buffet were already seasoned and sugar was added to each. The work of the canteen is very poorly organized. Chaos and stress in the morning and afternoon are not for sick people with a weakened nervous system. There is a shortage of staff in the dining room, who are forced to “hold the line,” trying with all their might to smile and not take it out on the guests. Products on the market sometimes run out an hour before the end of breakfast and lunch. Questionable freshness of salads, rotten apples, tasteless coffee, cold water for tea in thermoses.

Rooms: Buildings 2 and 3 were probably built back in 1980, the floor (presumably wooden) is covered with carpet and there is an unpleasant smell in the room. The furniture is very old. I don’t want to write about showers at all... Major repairs are required everywhere. I was there in the fall, but I didn’t see any fruit while I was in the dining room; the choice of salads was very poor.

There are some negative aspects. After taking a bath, I felt dizzy and fell, hitting the bathtub. They called an ambulance, but they didn’t give me an escort (after all, I don’t know the Czech language). Difficulties arose in this regard. They didn’t tell me what to take bring documents with you. I think that the staff needs to be prompted to do this in order to eliminate this negativity.

I was at the Krivan sanatorium from 08/05/21 to 08/19/21. The hotel is excellent, the staff is wonderful, for which a special thank you, the treatment is excellent, the maids are very friendly, towels are changed every other day, the rooms are clean.
