I have already come to Karlovy Vary several times for treatment, and specifically to the Krivan sanatorium. But for the first time I used the services of Sanatoriums.com and did not regret it at all. Upon arrival at the sanatorium, I paid for the trip right on the spot upon check-in (payment could be made in any way - in euros, in crowns or by credit card), which is very convenient when planning a vacation. The medical facilities of the sanatorium are at a very high level. The food is also good. I am very pleased with the treatment and vacation in Krivan. Judging by the familiar faces, people have been visiting this sanatorium for many years. Next time I will definitely come only to “Krivan” and only through Sanatoriums.com. I like the location of this hotel, the architecture of the hotel: restaurants, bar, front hall - everything is designed in the same style. Drinking springs are nearby. The rooms are clean and constantly cleaned. The service staff is very polite. All treatment procedures are carried out in the hotel itself. In the restaurant: breakfast is a buffet, and lunch and dinner, several options of dishes to choose from, according to your diet, which is established by your doctor (A visit to the doctor, of course, immediately on the day of arrival or the next day). This is all they tell you upon arrival. This time we were there for New Year and Christmas. I really liked it! Great dance program! We had a good rest!

Upon arrival, it turned out that many of the necessary procedures were impossible to obtain. Explanation - everything is written out. Is it really not designed for the number of people in the hotel? One family of 2 people arrived for 4 days and did not receive a single treatment for free. And they gave it to them for money. It's a bit strange to say the least.......

Массаж камнями, ароматический и рефлекторный, а также флоатинг не входят в стоимость лечебного пакета. Персонал строго следит за продолжительностью процедуры и ни в коем случае не сокращает время их проведения. Ванны после каждого клиенты мы моем специальным чистящим раствором. The sanatorium was very well equipped with modern medical appliances, and benefited from a central location in the town. It was a short walk to the water fountains, and all the cafes and restaurants. The number of the medical treatments was even more than was promised, I had about 3-4 treatments every day. The food was OK, nothing special but enough variety. The medical and hotel staff was very polite and friendly, they made me feel welcome. The room was extremely large, and very clean and light. Everybody speaks Russian or English.Negatives

Monotonous food. There were products of inadequate and not fresh quality; once there was very severe stomach poisoning. Not enough procedures (three in total per day of stay), the rest are for an additional fee. There are no treatments on weekends, which was very disappointing. During some procedures the staff was unfriendly. The pool can be visited for a fee, and it is not at all large enough for so many people. During group classes in the pool there is absolutely no place to fall - there are so many people. Very poor WI-FI signal, even in the lobby area. Well, there is no signal in the rooms at all. From the above, I have the following wishes: Please review the number of incoming free procedures, organize strict control over the quality of products in the approach to catering in a restaurant, provide unhindered high-speed Internet not only in the lobby bar area, but also in the rooms. Well, work with the staff on the subject of the correct - friendly attitude towards customers.
