Food. I eat little, but the food did not bring me joy. It is clear that the hotel is 3*, but this does not mean that all dishes should be prepared for a measly C grade under the motto “The economy should be economical.” There was always something missing from the buffet: either cakes or omelettes. In salads, as well as in soups, onions dominate (since they are cheaper). Sad sliced, lonely cucumbers, and sad cabbage. Pieces of goulash, lost in huge pieces of bread (although it turned out that these are traditional Czech bread dumplings), or dumplings in a thick, chewy dough. Just some kind of coven of bad recipes and inept cooks.

It was very disappointing that in the morning they served half the Thermokanne coffee (out of six people, only three could drink it). I constantly had to ask for more, and unfortunately what they brought was not coffee but leftover coffee grounds. And this happens almost every morning. Three years ago the quality of food was much better.

Very good hotel! Very good treatment! The staff was very polite and organized the New Year's Eve well! In the evenings music played and people danced. And Christmas evening 6.01. -there are simply no words for what dishes were prepared and how everything was organized! Thank you very much !

We vacationed in Karlovy Vary for the first time, we came on the recommendation of our friends, and now we will recommend a vacation in your wonderful hotel to our friends and relatives! All liked it! At the restaurant, our table was served by the waitress Lyubochka, always friendly, all the staff speak Russian and German, which makes communication easier, the nurses and doctors are all professionals in their field! Very attentive to the wishes of vacationers! Saunas and a swimming pool, which you can simply go down by elevator in bathrobes, are an additional bonus to medical services! The rooms are comfortable and clean, cleaning was done regularly!Negatives
The beds were a bit uncomfortable for tall men; if you were about 2 meters tall, you had to prop up the ottoman and sleep diagonally, since the second headboard made it difficult to stretch your legs!

The rooms are very dirty, it would be nice if the rooms were cleaned better; the sink was often not cleaned. Old furniture, beds creaking. For a married couple, it is desirable that the beds stand together. What really shocked and upset me was the conversation with the head doctor when I wanted to change the procedure. She behaved very rudely and harshly with me. She hasn’t changed the procedure. She doesn’t have the right to talk to patients like that, so what kind of chap is she then? doctor?

The website indicates the presence of a private garage. Upon arrival through “sanatoriums” at the reception they said that the garage had to be booked on their website. As a result, I had to leave the car 1.5 km from my place of residence, which is not very convenient.
