All liked it! At the restaurant, our table was served by the waitress Lyubochka, always friendly, all the staff speak Russian and German, which makes communication easier, the nurses and doctors are all professionals in their field! Very attentive to the wishes of vacationers! Saunas and a swimming pool, which you can simply go down by elevator in bathrobes, are an additional bonus to medical services! The beds were a bit uncomfortable for tall men; if you were about 2 meters tall, you had to prop up the ottoman and sleep diagonally, since the second headboard made it difficult to stretch your legs!

If you speak in Russian, you won't be popular here! Staff is very unfriendly, nurses too! You can find something better for this money. The rooms are very small and old, with stains on the carpet and old beds.

The rooms are very dirty, it would be nice if the rooms were cleaned better; the sink was often not cleaned. Old furniture, beds creaking. For a married couple, it is desirable that the beds stand together. What really shocked and upset me was the conversation with the head doctor when I wanted to change the procedure. She behaved very rudely and harshly with me. She hasn’t changed the procedure. She doesn’t have the right to talk to patients like that, so what kind of chap is she then? doctor?

Horrible attitude of the resort staff. The doctor is inadequate, she prescribed the wrong treatment, I have hypotension, she prescribed procedures to understand the pressure. It was terribly bad. Now I feel worse than before the sanatorium. And in general, how can you keep such doctors? I came to see her because my speech is slow due to my illness, so she started making faces at me!! What is this anyway?? I complained to the reception, they said “she has a headache.” Question for the administration of the sanatorium “Krivan”: are you blind or deaf there? Wasted money and wasted time. I do not recommend this “treatment” to anyone. Avoid this sanatorium on the tenth road if you don’t want complete disappointments and wasted nerves.
