We were here from June 19th to July 3rd, 2016. We have been to Hotel Anlicky Dvur for the first time, but have been to Karlovy Vary several times, so we can compare with other hotels. A wonderful value for money! A good breakfast, just like in a four star hotel, good lunch and dinner. The hot meals have not always been successful. We had a good room with a view of the street. A friendly and helpful staff. It is worth emphasizing the professionalism of the doctor Ms. Olesya Kovach. A good treatment department, a beautiful hotel location in the heart of Sadovaya Street. I was with my husband for 2 weeks from 06/19 to 07/03/2016. This is the first time at the English Court Hotel, but we have been to Karlovy Vary many times, so there is something to compare with. The price/quality ratio is excellent. The breakfast is excellent, not inferior to 4* hotels, lunch and dinner are good, but it would be desirable to improve the quality of hot dishes, which were not always successful. Our room was very nice overlooking the street. The hotel staff is very responsive. I would like to note the professionalism of Dr. Olesya Kovach. The hotel's medical facilities are very good, the location is excellent - in the heart of the beautiful Sadovaya Street. I really enjoyed my treatment at the English Court. Of all the procedures I went through, I liked the gas injections and massage the most. There is a separate story about massage. They do just fabulous work. Professional, methodical, and pleasant. I had serious problems with my back, and I hadn’t had a massage for 4 years. I thought they wouldn’t help me. This was my first visit to Karlovy Vary: late January - early February 2020. I liked everything. The hotel is located very well - on a quiet street and at the same time close to the city center and springs. The food is varied and tasty. The room is warm and cozy. The bed is comfortable with a good mattress and pillow. Good medical facilities and wonderful medical staff - professional and very friendly and responsive. All procedures are reduced in time to 10-15 minutes. In their free time, they try to do unscheduled procedures for 200 CZK. Put on the conveyor. During oxygen therapy, the chairs are uncomfortable, squashed, and do not provide vitamins or even WATER during this procedure. My question is why? They answered - this is a 3 star hotel!!! Sorry, do not do this procedure either as or at all, since 8 you are 3 stars. In the restaurant for 10 days of stay - 2 pastries and then a dry terrible cupcake, but other dishes are good!!!
