This is my second time staying at this hotel, everything is at the level of the stated stars. The food is excellent. This year I lived in the second building, because... already at the beginning of February the hotel was almost completely occupied. The single room is small, but has everything you need. There were problems with lighting, which were resolved immediately after contacting us. I am glad that my windows faced Sadovaya Street. It may be noisy for some, but it is light. This bed is apparently quite comfortable for a married couple, but I was on vacation with a friend and this situation was very strange. To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such an approach to accommodating clients in European hotels. It was quite unexpected and very inconvenient. being late, of course, is not good, but there are certain circumstances on the first day of starting treatment: 01/15/18 I was seven minutes late for dinner, arrived at 18.37 (fell asleep after adaptation and the first procedures), still it was possible to offer at least a cup of tea and not put me out out the door, and it’s not that I was hungry, no, the attitude was upsetting, and at the reception they said that I needed to set the alarm, and if I overslept, my problem is that there are restaurants on the street. The second negative point is also related to being late for the parafango procedure by 4 minutes (23.01.18 8.34), the nurses scolded me in full, giving me a whole lecture about if everyone is late... and then during the entire procedure the same nurse talked on the phone, of course not about work issues (15 minutes) this also does not contribute to calm and relaxation, but if you come earlier or set a time for the nurse an hour or two earlier, this is not a problem, as I understand, the faster we are all served and the work day is completed, the better, and talking on the phone during procedures and nurses talking about personal things in front of patients is a common thing in this office, of course, in two weeks of my stay I was late twice, this is very bad, but can I promise that next time I won’t repeat myself? although I consider myself very punctualAnswer from Spa Hotel Anglicky Dvur

Однако, все наши работники работают строго по определённому графику. Например, повара уходят домой в 19:30, именно поэтому было невозможно приготовить ужин, когда Вы пришли в 19:37 (мы всегда готовим только свежее, не храним заранее приготовленное.) Что касается опоздания на процедуры: если человек опоздал на процедуру, время процедуры должно быть уменьшено на то количество минут, на которые он опоздал. Это сделано для того, чтобы те клиенты, которые пришли вовремя, не были вынуждены ожидать. Так как наш отель стремится поддерживать высокий уровень обслуживания, некоторые правила должны строго соблюдаться. По поводу разговоров во время процедур: к сожалению, пост-факт нельзя понять если сотрудник обсуждал рабочие вопросы или личные, но, в любом случае, мы провели с персоналом беседу на тему телефонных разговоров во время работы.
