The main disadvantage was unclear and ill-thought-out logistics. We ordered an intercity transfer from the city of Mühlhein on the Ruhr to Karlovy Vary and back. And if on the way there everything was not bad with logistics (but there was an uncomfortable bus, very cramped, and a driver who did not care about the passengers), and on the 600 km journey we spent 7 hours with all stops, then on the way back everything was much better worse. We spent 10 hours on the road (!) and the problem was that our bus gathered people scattered geographically across different parts of Germany - completely thoughtlessly, as if the remnants of those who did not fit into other transfers.Positives

The city of Karlovy Vary is very beautiful, I really like it, I try to come to Karlovy Vary every year and stay at the Anglicky Dvur hotel, I like this particular hotel, its location to the springs and, in general, it is very cozy, comfortable and delicious. We like the location of the hotel, 7 minutes walk to the springs, very friendly staff, especially at the Reception, special thanks to Yura. We would like to thank hotel manager Pavlina Rudovska for the competent information regarding bookings. Regarding the procedures, I would like that instead of curtains that separate one cabin from another there would be more reliable and stable partitions that would not fly apart from the touch of a nurse or a patient of the opposite sex lying nearby and receiving the procedure, and there is also a request to the service staff during procedures, I would like silence, and not listen to their rather loud conversations. But many thanks to the masseuse Lyudmila, she is a professional, she works at 100 percent. Of course, many thanks to Dr. Olesya Kovach for her competence and professionalism, practical advice and correctly prescribed procedures. I really liked the food and the location of the resort. Quiet, cozy. The staff is friendly. Standard single room with windows to the courtyard without a balcony and in the attic part of the house. The holiday was in October and therefore it was not hot. If it were summer it would be hot as there is no air conditioning. Expectations for the quality of the room were higher than what actually turned out to be. but nothing, tolerable. Plus it's quiet.Positives

Unfriendly and, as it seemed to me, indifferent Dr. Yahodova, not always a convenient schedule of procedures: they can start early, then with long breaks further, a little boring and unattractive salad bar, during the 16 days of my stay I saw dessert only 5 times at breakfast, and at lunch and dinner At best, it's tea bags, there's no way to even buy something to go with it or coffee. There is no kettle or appropriate utensils in the room; I had to go to the reception through two elevators for a cup of coffee (I lived in the second building). Why not, if there are no kettles, put a cooler with cold and hot water so that vacationers can drink tea or coffee in their room in the evening or even during the day, rather than going to a cafe or restaurant for this. У нас проживает около 100 человек, и у нас нет такой негативный отзыв ,салаты подавать на обед и ужин свежий 10 видов каждый день.Десерт каждый день на завтрак, на обед фрукты и на ужин каждый день, десерт,чайник из соображений безопасности не в номере. На стойке регистрации, за депозит 5€ могут получить термос и в течение дня мы даем им по требованию горячей воды.Чай у нас на завтрак и ужин в ресторане, Bрач дает процедуры как ей все это работает в системе, у нас полный отель ,не может каждый определять, когда хотел бы пойти на процедуры.
