I would like to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff. Nadira at the reception, the girls in the cleaning department, and in the restaurant, everyone is very nice and friendly. Cleaning was done every day and the girls worked flawlessly. Special respect to the chef for a very tasty and varied menu: there is always a choice of meat dishes, side dishes, salads, appetizers, soups, drinks. Wonderful pastries and ice cream! Despite the abundance of food, you can choose a diet according to your taste. I really liked the doctor, listened to my complaints, prescribed all the necessary procedures, after treatment I felt as if I had been born again. The nurses during the procedures are very sincere and affectionate, although there are always a lot of people. The transfer from Prague Airport to the hotel was so terrible, we had to wait for more than three hours! The reservation at Anglicky Dvur was for two. In our room we had a king size bed and we had to sleep together in one bed for two weeks. At the reception when we’re trying to complain that we’re just friends not relatives we were told that unfortunately there’s no way to provide us the room with two beds.Answer from Spa Hotel Anglicky Dvur

The hotel has a very good location in Karlovy Vary, the beds were very comfortable for us. The staff was very helpful with everything. What was very disadvantageous for us was that almost no one spoke little to no German or English. Fortunately, there is more at reception. Some girls in service can be friendlier, at least put a smile on your face even if you don't talk. The bathroom in the room itself didn't work, [showers and stuff like that] which was a shame. We rested for the second time at the “English Court”. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the colonnade and at the same time a quiet street surrounded by greenery.
