I rested in this hotel with my sister in June of this year. A huge plus of the hotel is that it is located in the city center and next to the springs! Wonderful staff, very tasty food (we took full board) and high-quality Wi-Fi. We really liked this hotel - I recommend it to everyone!Negatives

The hotel is very well located. Treatment is carried out strictly in accordance with the doctor's prescription. We met like old friends. There weren't even the slightest problems. Drinking springs are located so that drinking is a walk from and to the hotel. Very decent staff. The food is clearly organized and there is a choice of vegetarian and dietary dishes. On free days you can always take excursions; there is a good excursion bureau in the next building. special thanks to the balneotherapy nurses. Everything is fine . The hotel is very cozy. The staff is very tactful and attentive. The food is delicious. I went on an excursion. We arrived at 20-30, dinner ends at 19-30. My dinner was waiting for me, they warmed it up for me. It was a pleasure.

We were placed in a nice room with a balcony, a category higher. Very decent cuisine, everything is delicious and huge portions. A 2-year-old child lived for free, but he was fed for free, which is also a huge plus; the child doesn’t always get what the mother wants. The location of the hotel is truly excellent, not far from the pump rooms, but also a little away from the central noisy street. Venus was remembered for its convenient location and good treatment; what I read from the reviews is that it is clearly underestimated. I was impressed by the balneological center, it was well reconstructed, the equipment was all new. overall it was really nice to relax and undergo treatment

I can only say positive things about Venus. Convenient location, city center. excellently renovated rooms, fast internet. a decent-sized balneocenter, a full range of various procedures.
