The hotel is 4 stars and there is no set of personal hygiene products except liquid soap. When I asked the reception desk, I received an answer from the lady that she was taking it with her. This is not our first hotel in Karlovy Vary, our 8th trip, but this..... And in general, in any of our requests and appeals to the reception, we were refused. The food is good, varied, large portions, but in the first days we were tormented by heartburn, then we adapted and did not eat gravy, which contained a huge amount of tomato. We were not impressed with the SPA either. We will not go to this hotel again. And in Karlovy Vary, as always, every six months. We will just not experiment with new hotels anymore. We chose the sanatorium based on reviews about the location, medical facilities and doctor - Tatyana Bocharova. And they were not mistaken. Three weeks of full-fledged rehabilitation treatment prescribed by the highly professional Tatyana Bocharova showed excellent results. We overcame the serious consequences of the injury thanks to a doctor from God! We went home without a stick. For this, huge gratitude and appreciation to the experienced, highly professional and attentive doctor!!!
