There was almost nothing to complain about, the taxi pick-up service worked, as did the taxi price. When we arrived we took a taxi from the train station to the hotel without asking about the price, a mistake, we got 20 euros for 5 minutes .Paid for the journey instead of probably 7 euros.

First time in Kaprolovy Vary. I have been resting at the Venus sanatorium since 12.09. to 6.10. 2021. The location of the sanatorium is excellent, 5-7 minutes to the springs. Nearby is Dvorak Park and the Tepla River. We met and checked in without any problems! I received 38 procedures, everything was strictly on schedule, you come and they are already waiting for you. The restaurant is beyond praise! Six types of main courses, delicious soups, salads, fresh pastries, a large selection of fruits... Everything is very tasty!! In 24 days, not a single dissatisfied or unfriendly look. Thank you all for a good holiday, for the treatment, for the service! I would like to return and of course to Venus!!!Negatives

Their volume sometimes goes off scale; not everyone is able to eat everything.
