I didn’t like the prescribed procedures. We didn’t expect any special results, because we only arrived for a week, but we need to listen to patients and not prescribe the same thing to everyone. My husband was prescribed a procedure that I needed, but he didn’t. We missed almost 2 days, but my husband due to high blood pressure for 3 days and in the end he only had 3 days of treatment left. But the worst thing is that, as it turned out, our neighbors on the floor were Covid patients, about which they were not warned; a week later we, too, and several other people became infected. We were in isolation for a week, food was brought to our room. The managers do not react in any way, do not warn us, if we had known about the infected residents, we would not have moved in. Я также хотел бы отметить, что ваша няня призналась в разговоре с моей коллегой, что она развлекалась с дамой, которая была заражена ковидом, во время прогулки по колоннаде. Клиенты из соседней комнаты заболели одновременно с вами - так что непонятно, кто кого заразил. Пока вы продолжаете писать, наш врач поместил вас на карантин, и наши коллеги сделали все, чтобы предотвратить дальнейшее распространение вируса. На сегодняшний день в нашем отеле больше нет ни одного ковид-позитивного человека. Еще раз хочу обратиться к тому, что вирус ковид-19 никуда не делся и поэтому необходимо вести себя ответственно.

Large portions in the restaurant, sometimes we shared portions between two people. Tasty, but not always. Not very fresh bread. Train the head nurse to speak politely to clients. The desire to visit this hotel after such communication disappears. My wife did not receive a single magnetic therapy procedure, which was very important for her. They said everything was busy. Inhalations were not suitable for us; you could suffocate. After the first procedure they refused, my wife was replaced with others, and for me 4 inhalations were replaced with 2 carbon dioxide baths. A wonderful hotel for a great rest and recuperation. Our family vacationed for a week and everyone was happy, the children especially liked the pool and jacuzzi. I would especially like to mention the restaurant and the wonderful team of the restaurant, the girls were friendly, polite and the food was always hot and amazingly tasty. Service is up to par. The rooms are clean, comfortable, there were always clean towels. The most wonderful thing for me personally was the massage from the sorceresses of the massage parlor, amazing... I really liked the hotel. Wonderful location: nearby springs, a park, shops. The street is relatively quiet. Bright rooms, snow-white linen, all toiletries (although there is no soap, gel instead). Every day the restaurant menu has a choice of 4 meat and 2 fish dishes, 2 types of soup. There are fruits, pastries, meat and vegetable cuts , salads, cereals, small desserts. The staff is very responsive and attentive. Next year I would like to return only here again.Negatives
This is not a negative, but rather a wish. When I checked in late (9 pm), I wrote a request to leave dinner for me. After all, in principle, I had already paid for lunch and dinner. But to my great surprise, I was provided with a “packed ration” (pate, butter, cream, juice, biscuits, apple). After a long journey (almost a day), it is simply impossible to eat this. This Lunch box is certainly appropriate on an excursion. Based on experience from other hotels, they left me a tray with a full dinner (fish and salad, for example), covered with film.
