It was our first time at a sanatorium in the Czech Republic and we were very pleased. Both we and our children (15 and 9 years old) liked everything here. The sanatorium is very warm and cozy. The food was tasty and varied. Very convenient location of the sanatorium in relation to the springs. We will come to you again with great pleasure.Negatives

Мы рекомендуем забронировать парковку заранее. Также возможно оставить машину в гаражах у другово отеля 150м от нашещо отела. Конечно можете к нашему отелу приехат на машине и сделать check-in - потом наш администратор вам покажет путь к этим гаражам. До скорой встречи в отеле Венус.

Very pleasant atmosphere, starting from reception, accommodation, doctor visits, treatments and meals. I would especially like to note the service in the restaurant, the warm attitude of Dasha and all the staff, including the cook. The food is very tasty and decently served. Daily room cleaning. Hotel Venus and all its staff organized a wonderful holiday for our family in our favorite resort town of Karlovy Vary, for this we sincerely thank you all! Special thanks to the cook and waitresses and restaurant managers: top class, very tasty and varied food, lots of fresh fruit, stunning desserts. Mmmm, delicious! Room cleaning is done daily and to perfection! The doctor and medical staff are very friendly and welcoming people, the terms of the procedures are followed very clearly, I liked everything! We will definitely come back to this hospitable, cozy hotel many more times!Negatives

I only gave the staff a good rating because a lady at the reception was unfortunately unable to talk calmly to the guests. She was always stressed, even though she was the only one at the reception and just asked if the time for the return transfer was already known. Her answer: don't ask anymore, she will then call the room. Which unfortunately didn't happen. The next morning, the day of departure, I wanted to check out in peace and quiet an hour beforehand, but the lady was stressed again. I was the only one at reception again. So she sent me away twice again. Thank God I was ready at reception five minutes before the driver arrived. We visited for the second time, from 26.12 to 6.01. We liked everything, we really liked the food. Every day there was a choice of 5 main courses, 3 meat, 2 fish.
