First of all, a huge THANK YOU to all the staff at the Venus Spa Hotel who made our 12-day stay so pleasant, comfortable and healthy. Mrs. Yana and Denisa, working at the Reception, Dr. Tatyana Bocharova, massage specialist Miroslava, electrical procedure specialist Yana, all the restaurant and kitchen workers are people who do their work professionally and with soul. We really liked our room on the 4th floor with a large balcony, a floor-to-ceiling window and a view not only of our beloved Sadovaya Street, but also of the beautiful buildings and landscapes above on the slopes of the steep hills. The room and bathroom are very warm, clean, cozy, bright, equipped with everything you need, including even a volume-controlled music broadcaster. Perhaps the only thing missing was forced ventilation in the bathroom, but this is not the fault of the hotel staff, but a feature of buildings that are a hundred years old or more and where it is not so easy to carry out reconstruction. We found a way out by leaving both windows wide open while we went for treatments and walks. After this, the room warmed up very quickly. The choice of dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, their presentation and decoration were beyond praise. Each guest is assigned a table and seat, so there are never any problems finding a free table or waiting for one to be prepared for you. Moreover, for the very first time we were kindly given different places to choose from. The location of the hotel is also wonderful, we chose it deliberately, since a year ago we stayed in another hotel higher on the same street and already knew how convenient it was to get to and from it, and this applies not only to sources, but also to places for walking, shops and so on. We thank the Sanatoriums team for the opportunity to choose such a high-quality and affordable vacation. We have been using the services of Sanatoriums for the second year now, and both times we were satisfied and rested.Negatives

Not always a friendly attitude towards vacationers from Russia without any motivation, expensive holidays, somewhat inflated prices in some restaurants and cafes. The hotel is not renovated, old and not always clean furniture, poor ventilation in the room and during procedures. The food is monotonous and does not correspond to the declared level of a four-star hotel. There are no cons. The attitude of the staff is wonderful. The food and service are excellent. There was an opportunity to go on on-site excursions. Breakfast cereals were provided and in good composition. Any requests were allowed. And most importantly, wonderful air, walks and aesthetic pleasure from architecture, nature and even the rain did not spoil the mood. Umbrellas were provided by the hotel. In my opinion, there are no procedures for gastroenterology, for the intestines, for example. Procedures are prescribed in sets of 2-3, which is often not enough, so you have to buy more. A very pleasant hotel in all respects! We stayed with a 2.5 year old child. Naturally, we were worried about the food and about the distribution of procedures (to take turns with the baby). The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and warm. The rooms are quite spacious. The food is at the highest level (special thanks to the cooks and waitresses). The balneology is good. There are enough procedures, the nurses are polite. The doctor is attentive and takes into account the wishes of the vacationer (in terms of appointments). The location of the hotel is very convenient. Near the springs. My baby and I went to drink some water, just took a walk. I recommend it!Negatives

There are downsides: the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed once during the entire stay. The food is prepared without taking into account the fact that there are vacationers with the Muslim religion (pork). I don’t recommend taking this procedure at all. It is unrealistic to receive only 5 massages of 15 minutes each during a 10-day stay. Yes, and other procedures for a maximum of 20 minutes. And the effect is 0. We are very grateful for our vacation. The hotel is very conveniently located, on a quiet Sadovaya street and close to the park. The staff is friendly and great, I understand that the hotel is small. Cozy, homely. The quality of food and the opportunity to organize a gluten-free diet for your child are simply excellent! The work of the restaurant staff leaves much to be desired; most often, women are dissatisfied and depressed at work. The food is meager and corresponds to the level of a Soviet canteen. Please note that the hotel has a 4 star category!!! My husband has a stomach problem, which was the reason to come to KV. Dietary and fractional meals are recommended for him. the menu for him was so meager and most often did not meet the dietary requirements (pepper and fried foods).
