We were together with our 16-year-old daughter and a dog. We liked our stay, the apartment that we booked had enough space, two rooms could be separated by a door on wheels and everyone could have their own space. The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows of different sizes. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Purely. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the main street and the Russian Church of the Apostles Peter and Paul. Not far away is the Billa supermarket, where everything is available. I also liked the treatment department, it’s not very big, but there are a lot of different procedures. There is a small swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna, but we didn’t go there much, there was a lot of chlorine in the water. Overall we liked this hotel. Who wants to swim is better to choose another hotel.Negatives
The food is so-so, you won't go hungry, but there isn't much choice. Breakfast is better, for dinner you order the main dish in advance, there is also a buffet, where the choice of salads or vegetables is not very good, there is not enough variety, the main dish can be served more beautifully, the sauce separately in a gravy boat, rather than pouring a full plate of it. Very small cups for coffee and tea, they could have added a larger mug, people walk around and take tea several times. There was no beer on tap in the hotel restaurant, sometimes I wanted to have a glass of beer with dinner, many people asked.

We visited Karlovy Vary several times and can compare the quality. 1 When ordering a hotel through you, we read about the additional services of the Classic package, but we did not receive it due to your fault, so we were told at the Hotel. 2 The hotel classifies itself as a 4-star hotel, but the rooms are not cleaned every day, hygiene products, soap and shampoo are not even renewed. The quality of cleaning is poor. In quarantine conditions, basic things are not observed; people cannot be seated at one table of 4 people measuring 80*80 for meals. We ordered 31 procedures. I have -2, my wife -4. Dk. V. explained the decrease in procedures by saying that massages and baths are expensive. I had 1 week - 1 bath, 3 massages, 2 weeks - 2 massages, 2 baths. It’s not clear why - minus 2 procedures for me and minus 4 for my wife. My wife paid for 2 baths extra. Excellent location of the hotel, close to the center and springs. Very friendly staff during treatments and in the restaurant. The hotel is cozy and homely. Delicious cuisine, a special compliment to the chef! The only thing I personally would change regarding nutrition is to diversify the selection of pastries and desserts for breakfast and dinner.
