When I was choosing a hotel, the website said that the treatment department was open all days of the week, this was important! But it turned out that it was only from Monday to Friday, and there was no way to purchase additional treatments for the weekend! All the hotels where we had stayed before ( about 10), worked, at least on Saturday! We purchased additional procedures at another hotel. Everything was just wonderful, we were very pleased with everything, from check-in to check-out. We checked in immediately upon arrival, ahead of time absolutely free of charge. We received coupons for a glass of champagne - a compliment from the establishment. The room - ordinary, standard, was beyond all praise - large, spacious, with large windows, with a large bathroom and a bathtub the size of a small swimming pool. The room was very warm. including heated towel rail in the bathroom. Large closet, working safe. Cleaning every day, promptly, properly. Towels were changed as needed. There were the required robe and slippers. Robes and towels are white and fluffy. Very comfortable beds, warm blankets. Close to the springs, excellent location. The food deserves a separate story - we took breakfast and dinner, ate for the whole day, everything was very tasty, and for every taste: porridge, salads, fruits, pancakes, pancakes. Honey, jam. Eggs, cheeses, sausages... It’s simply too much to list. We really enjoyed cooking fish dishes. Delicious and nutritious soups. It’s very convenient that your place in the restaurant is assigned to you for the entire duration of your stay. The service staff helps in any matter - for example, you can change dinner for lunch if you go on an excursion. Or ask for dry rations. Also honey. The nurses during treatment procedures are very polite and diligent. Wonderful massage therapists. Everything is located very compactly, you don’t need to look for anything for a long time or go far. The schedule of procedures is convenient, and the second half of the day remains at your disposal. We needed a late check-out - we arranged it at the last minute, for a very reasonable fee. We definitely recommend it. We didn’t even have time to leave - I already want to return. We met nice people there who come back year after year.Negatives
