The Venus sanatorium is located very close to 6-11 springs, but a bit far from No. 1 (probably 800 meters). In good weather this is not a problem, if it rains it is not very pleasant, but at the entrance there is a stand with umbrellas you can use.. We asked for a room with a balcony, they gave it without any problems. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every other day, beds were changed every 3 days. The room is neat, with fairly new furniture. The staff is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is quite generous, the portions are large, although the dishes are not very sophisticated, more like a home kitchen or a canteen, but you definitely won’t leave hungry.. My mother and I stayed at the Venus Hotel from 12/06/2019 to 12/15/2019. We chose the hotel based on reviews from previous guests and were never disappointed. Immediately upon arrival, we were checked into a room on the first floor, which turned out to be very convenient, since we hardly used the elevator and lived close to all the treatment rooms. The main purpose of the stay was the treatment of gastritis and osteochondrosis. Our drinking regime included source No. 7 in the morning and at lunch and source No. 6 before dinner. The food at the hotel was amazing, in the first days of your stay you couldn’t stop and left the table with the feeling that you would soon turn into a ball (this is with a weight of 46 kilograms :)). Among the therapeutic procedures, paraffin mud, currents, reflex massage and gas injections helped very well, and baths (oatmeal and pearl) were also very relaxing. In a year we plan to return to Venus but for a longer period. Many thanks to the hotel staff and special thanks to the chef for such delicious and at the same time dietary food.Negatives

The girls/women in the treatment rooms were friendly, as they should be. The sanatorium is not worthy of 4 stars; a C grade is worth it. I will not go to this resort again. And don’t really believe the advertising. Masseuse Alexandra (6th floor) does a good massage. On the 2nd floor (I didn’t remember the name - Czech) - stroking and offered extra to everyone. services for extra fee (considerable). And I wanted to do these procedures during the time allotted for the massage. The nurses gave schedules where one procedure fell on the day of the excursion, asked to set another date, but due to the fact that the hotel was not fully booked. The next day, so as not to miss the excursion, I asked to cancel it altogether and replace it with another one. They replaced it, at my request, with ease. Then I went through all 22 declared procedures, each from 10-20 minutes, the staff was very friendly and responsive. And sincerely looking at smiles is better than looking at forced smiles, so this didn’t happen and everything is fine.
