Respect to the chef for the children's menu. In general, we were satisfied with the food, the portions were huge and everything was delicious.. We got a free room upgrade, it was nice to receive a glass of champagne upon check-in. We checked in around 22.00, a late dinner was waiting for us in the room.. All the staff were very kind , always ready to help. We will definitely return to this sanatorium again! I recommend!Negatives

The food was normal, but they often put out old salads from previous days, which caused my husband to have a severe stomach upset with diarrhea for several days. On the day of departure, an unpleasant elderly woman with short hair and gray hair sat at the reception; I stood in line, but she began to accept checkout from other people who stood after me, although my husband is disabled with bad legs and the driver from the transfer was already waiting for us. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Venus. All the staff of the hotel (reception, restaurant, spa) was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We really liked the music in the bathroom what we could turn on and off. The food was very tasty and superabundant. The SPA treatment was professional. The hotel is located close to the attractions so the first mineral spring and colonnade is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Thank you all for your hard work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Answer from Spa Hotel Venus

We really enjoyed. The treatment prescribed for us was light, I also went for an additional Thai massage, as I needed a strong massage for my back. Special Respect to the Chef and the restaurant staff. They're great! The cleaning staff who were in our room are very grateful for their work! The food was excellent, it was very tasty, satisfying and the service of the dining room staff was excellent, respect to the cook, great job, take care of him. The procedures were good, the medical staff was very attentive. I also liked the sauna, but it was too small for such a hotel, people used to wait in line. The rooms are very warm, but a bit damp. The first thing that caused negativity was the cleaning, it was simply terrible, the cobwebs on the windows were old, the shower was dirty even upon check-in, after the current cleaning, the smell of bleach stung the eyes for a couple of hours. The ticket included a free excursion to Prague, the children really wanted it, but upon arrival at the hotel it turned out there were no places for us, it was a shame.Answer from Spa Hotel Venus

The hotel is very clean, very friendly staff. Food at the buffet is mostly the same selection but the main course is always very well prepared. The medical treatments were very good.
