I remembered my time in the pioneer camp. This concerns the fact that it is not entirely convenient to eat at a table with six people. Somehow think about arranging the tables differently so that there is more privacy. Very poor salad bar, few appetizers. Maybe this is now due to financial difficulties. The staff who carried out the treatments, as well as the examining doctors, mostly seemed very reserved. The organization of the Prague excursion was catastrophic. During the bus ride all information was only given in Russian. Great location. The room has a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers.... Cleaning every day, bed linen changed every three to four days, towels on request. The staff is polite. The food is quite varied. There are dietary and vegetarian dishes. Honey. The procedures are laid out conveniently. We were successful everywhere. I can’t say anything about the quality of the procedures yet. I stayed at the Venus Hotel from October 19 to October 28. All liked it. The procedures are good and at convenient times. The food is not restaurant style, but tasty. The staff is friendly. For all questions they go to a meeting. I took the “Golden Triangle” excursion with Elena Orirskaya, a guide from God. Highly recommend. We went to Prague with Alena Reznikova. Interesting, professionally conducted excursion. Thank you Elena and Alena for your work. The transfer also worked great. Everything was on time. Doctors listen to the patient, something we didn’t get in another hotel. The procedures are going well. The staff is very friendly. Food to choose from: 6 dishes of meat, chicken, fish and salads prepared deliciously, no one left hungry. The pastries are also delicious. The room is comfortable. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders in the room, please better watch out for this please. There were a couple of unfriendly ladies who did the procedures. Unfortunately, there was no milk for dinner with black tea. Also, a couple of times there were tomatoes that were not the freshest for the salad. Very friendly staff in the medical building, convenient location of the medical premises and the sanatorium itself. We would especially like to thank the shift of restaurant workers where Simone worked. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed was changed every 5 days. Everywhere is very clean and well maintained. We would also like to express our gratitude to the sanatorium team for their good and well-coordinated work. Transfers and excursions were organized clearly and conveniently. When asking for help, they responded quickly and effectively.Negatives

Very clean hotel. The rooms are big enough. The furniture is not worn and offers a lot of storage space. Everything is available in the room - safe, enough high-quality hangers, toiletries, bathrobe. The treatment rooms are very clean and look very new. There are even umbrellas at the front door. The location is perfect - 2 minutes walk to springs no. 12 and 15. For meals, 2 soups and 6 main courses are offered daily (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, rabbit and 2 types of fish). There is also a list of vegetarian dishes and children's menu. Soft drinks are included with the meal. Various fresh fruits are available - apples, pears, plums, kiwi, bananas, tangerines. There was enough variety in one week. And a big thank you to the lovely staff everywhere - housekeeping, treatments, restaurant, reception. We would recommend this hotel!Negatives
