We visited the VENUS health center and were greeted warmly. They spoke Russian, as it was written. The food is excellent, choice and variety of dishes. Accommodation in a double room, cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and attentive. Transfer to Prague airport is convenient, we stopped by (warned in advance), our things were carried and placed. Thanks for all the info via email. Much needed information.Negatives

Unable to sleep, uncomfortable beds and pillows. My back and neck hurt every day, despite the massage. There are no toiletries, except for shampoo of not very good quality. I would like to extend the restaurant's opening hours to 8 pm. Dr. Bocharova was on vacation and there was another doctor in her place. My wishes to the hotel management, take another doctor on duty, otherwise everyone will run away. She doesn’t examine or listen, and prescribes the same thing for everyone, but people come when they are not healthy. After her prescriptions, my chronic illness began to worsen. This is my 7th visit to Karlovy Vary, so I can evaluate this sanatorium in comparison (among hotels in this price category). The Venus sanatorium was chosen based on its location (Sadovaya Street, proximity to the springs, Dvorzhikov Gardens and the city center), the presence of a SPA center, the price-quality ratio, as well as positive reviews on websites and personal communications. All expectations were met, I especially want to highlight the excellent attitude towards guests, good medical facilities, attentive and individual approach of the doctor and all the medical staff, excellent food and service in the restaurant.Negatives

This is my first time at the resort, so I have nothing to compare with yet. I liked the water and will probably want to drink more. Clean air, silence, blackbirds singing. Wonderful hiking paths in the mountains. The hotel is excellently located. I liked the food, large selection of dishes. Instead of a regular room, we were put in an apartment. The isolation in the rooms is perfect, you can't hear your neighbors at all. The room is clean. I liked the procedures, you can write what the result will be in 1 month.
