I stayed at the Venus sanatorium for the first time from 06/1-06/15/22. From the moment of the transfer, which I was very pleased with, until departure. The driver Slava is cultured, taciturn, and very courteous. In the sanatorium itself, everyone, starting from the reception (Zdena, Michaela, Yana), the nurses (Yana, Blazhena, massage therapist Peter) were very friendly and were experts in their field. At the restaurant, the manager Dasha is very attentive and polite. And also all the service staff. I hope to come next year only to this sanatorium. Special thanks to the entire sanatoriums.com team for the attitude they showed during the booking and answering the numerous questions I asked before arrival. It is very necessary to diversify breakfast products more, for example: there should be kefir, a variety of juices, and not cloyingly sweet water like apple juice. There was always a stale extract for tea, the bread was wonderful, and those buns were rich almost every morning and evening. Dry and not fresh . The quality of fresh fruit leaves much to be desired; tangerines, plums, apples, and other fruit are not tasty. Good location, in the center of the Karlovy Vary resort area, close to the Mill Colonnade and very close to the Garden Colonnade. Very good cuisine, both dinner and lunch include drinks, juices, water, tea. Friendly staff. Medical procedures were carried out at clearly scheduled times. The rooms are cozy, clean, cleaned every day. The robes that were in the room did not fit, they were quickly replaced with suitable sizes.Negatives

The hotel is located very close to the springs, right in the center. The hotel is not very big. The rooms are equipped as standard. Treatment rooms can be found quickly. The staff is helpful and friendly. The applications are very interesting and would definitely help if the application time were a little longer. In my opinion, 10-15 minutes is not enough to notice the improvement.Negatives
Checking in was a shock for us (guests from Germany). We were shouted at and treated very unfriendly, that was the first impression!!! It took hours! Of course that was the rush hour for people arriving, but guests don't have anything to do with it!!! The hotel doesn't offer any opportunity (apart from a bar, which is unfortunately only open until 8 p.m.) to sit down comfortably in the evening or chat to other guests.
