We spent 14 days at the Venus Hotel. The vacation was very good. The hotel is very conveniently located, the food was varied and delicious. I would like to say thank you to all the hotel staff, they are a very well-coordinated and good team. Everyone is very friendly. All problems are solved very quickly and professionally. There are no complaints about the staff and food. There are complaints about the room equipment. 1. The floor in the bathroom is tiled; if water gets on it, it becomes very slippery, especially with those slippers that the hotel gives you. The bathtub is very high and wide, which is probably good for some, but older people have big problems getting into this bathtub. I am 172 cm tall, and despite this it was not at all easy to get into the bathtub. The handle you can hold on to is quite far away (due to the width of the bathtub), making it difficult to reach. You have to cling to anything. The drainage point is in the middle, and the soap residue makes the bottom of the bathtub slippery; I fell twice when trying to get out of the bathtub. There are still big bruises on my legs. Somehow the management of the sanatorium needs to think through this issue, and not wait for something bad to happen... 2. The quality of the towels that are provided does not correspond to the level of the hotel (****!). They are all so worn out that it seems that they were bought back in the last century. A couple of times we received them with holes, sometimes with stains. This spoils the impression of the hotel. 3. The rooms do not have air conditioning. But, probably, one could think about fans, for example, renting them out to those who wish. In hot weather it is simply impossible to stay in the rooms. 4. The mattresses on the beds are of good quality, but, unfortunately, smaller than the size of the bed.Answer from Spa Hotel Venus

The only negative is the room we stayed in, it had a connecting door to the next room, which is not isolated from noise and you could hear all the sounds from the next room, the voices of neighbors and the sound of TV in the evenings. Excellent treatment, accommodation, food. The work of the staff - reception, administrators, nurses, doctors, waiters, cooks, cleaners - is at a high professional level. And no less important is the friendly attitude towards vacationers that reigns in the sanatorium. We felt warmth in the literal and figurative sense of the word. The location of the resort is also excellent, everything is within walking distance. I would also like to note the professionalism of the driver Alexey, who met us and escorted us to Prague airport.
