We really liked the resort. We would like to express special gratitude to the attentive doctor Beate Bobkova, as well as the wonderful massage therapist Gonza. The medical staff should also be thanked. All employees are very attentive and friendly, and do their work conscientiously. Our room was cleaned every day conscientiously, towels and bed linen were changed every day. They even picked out the right size robe. All was good! Except, we did not like the loud music at night, which lasted almost until the morning, during the film festival, which prevented us from having a good rest at night. I think many people in the surrounding sanatoriums, who came to relax and improve their health, were dissatisfied with such musical noise at night! I think that you should bring to the attention of the city authorities that the din of music at night is clearly not liked by people who come to Karlovy Vary for treatment, and not to a disco! The holiday is wonderful, but such noise could be limited to 24 hours, and then move the disco indoors, or at least away from the sanatoriums. We hope to be back on track. year! .I was very pleased that the hotel took into account our request and provided us with a room with a balcony, for which we are very grateful. Attentive, polite and always ready to help staff at the Reception, in the restaurant and treatment rooms. The restaurant deserves special attention: varied food in a cozy atmosphere and home-cooked, vegetables and fruits are always available. The rooms are cleaned perfectly. Hello everyone. My husband and I were in the sanatorium for 2 weeks. Service at the highest level. The entire team is very polite. The doctor pays as much attention as the person needs. They listened to everything, down to the smallest detail, and made the correct and effective prescription of procedures. All the service staff in the restaurant are excellent.
