Friendly staff, from reception to maids. Nice, smiling people are always ready to help with everything. The rooms are cleaned every day, it is possible to have your clothes washed (for a fee). The treatment was prescribed as we wanted, the treatment rooms are conveniently located, it is possible to change or add procedures during recovery. The springs are located not far from the sanatorium. Restaurant. The chefs try very hard to make our stay enjoyable. The food is delicious, varied, for every taste, diet, children's, vegetarian.... you have to control yourself so as not to gain kilograms (we couldn’t resist and gained them :)) everything was very tasty. Thanks to all the Venus staff.

We rested from December 29 to January 15 - only positive reviews regarding everything. Excellent cuisine, wonderful service, all procedures are standard for Karlovy Vary, but I liked how they were carried out, there was no queue, everything was on time, clearly and professionally. Everything is in one building, everything is nearby. Its own specific favorable microclimate. I was late for one procedure, but later they performed it for me free of charge and the procedure was not lost. When it was cold, the room froze, since this room we lived in has one wall that is not adjacent to any room and faces the street. As soon as we complained about the cold, they immediately brought a heater and offered to move to another room, but since the cold had almost subsided and we had a heater, we refused another room. The entire professional sincerely tried to make our stay at the hotel pleasant, which they successfully succeeded in)))

We rested in the sanatorium from November 6 to November 20, 2016. The quality of treatment was very good. No queues, wonderful doctor. The food was varied and did not cause any comments. Even when we went on an excursion, we were given dry rations. The staff's work was good; there were no questions about cleaning or changing linen. The location of the resort is good. The atmosphere in the sanatorium reminded us that we had come to visit good friends, although it was our first time there. We thank all the staff for their excellent attitude and attention! Our family had no negative moments. Everything was wonderful!

We rested and received treatment with a friend in November 2016. Our stay in Karlovy Vary and in particular in the Venus sanatorium left the most wonderful memories. Karlovy Vary is just a fairy tale and the sanatorium is wonderful, perfectly located, treatment procedures are balanced, not a minute of waiting, no queues. The food in the restaurant is excellent, special thanks to the chef. The administration and staff of the hotel constantly showed care and attention. On my birthday, I received congratulations from the sanatorium administration and a bottle of champagne as a gift. We really liked the sanatorium, excellent value for money. The bed is uncomfortable. There is very little lighting in the room. There are not enough towels. The lights above the bed crackle for about 20 minutes after being turned off, which prevents you from falling asleep. The blanket is small...not for an adult. The robes are terribly rough... the food is over-salted and the same type!!! Dirt from the table is shaken onto the floor right in front of people. Changing the procedure time is PAID!!! Quality is higher than price! The treatment part is new, it’s pleasant to be there and receive procedures, the doctor is competent, the treatment program he compiled was very impressive. The rooms are cozy, have a family atmosphere, are cleaned very clean every day, and have a view of the courtyard, where there is a lot of greenery and flowers. There are no questions about the food: nourishing, healthy and tasty. The location is convenient.

I liked everything very much. We stayed at the sanatorium for 1 week, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in such a wonderful place. Everything was wonderful, especially the fact that in your hotel you can relax and receive treatment at the same time. The doctors and hotel staff are highly professional and attentive.
