The best thing is the location. The sanatorium is located in the very center and the road to the springs is straight, which allows for a lot of walking. The staff is helpful, they work professionally and cleanly. The quality of the procedures is good.Negatives

The quantity and quality of salads leaves much to be desired. Desserts and snacks are very meager.. Very uncomfortable beds, soft mattresses, just sinking. I am very pleased with my stay and treatment at the Venus sanatorium. The medical and service staff are responsive and friendly, very clean, the food was delicious. I am very pleased with the hotel, the treatment, and the food. Thanks a lot! But I am very dissatisfied with the transfer from Germany to the hotel. Firstly, I arrived 2 hours late, and secondly, the trunk was so small that all the suitcases could not fit and because of this there was a time delay, because we had to rearrange the suitcases in different ways. I was the last to be picked up and we only spent half an hour trying to fit my medium-sized suitcase in and we barely succeeded. And then, elderly people were traveling with a rollator, which they paid for, which had to be placed in the cabin and because of this they sat crookedly and cramped for the entire 6-hour drive to the hotel... If this had not been possible, then I would not have been able to go . The car was for 8 people, but not a Mercedes, but some kind of old-style minibus. People from the hotel also said that there was also a problem with suitcases and one suitcase kept flying out of the trunk along the way. I think that this is unacceptable and there should be a car with a large trunk so that all the suitcases can fit. This is my comment and wish. Thanks for understanding.Answer from Spa Hotel Venus

The hotel is located in Centerum Karlovy Vary and is close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. Karlovy Vary is a very nice place I would come again.Negatives
The food in the restaurant is always the same, not a large selection, salad was not fresh. Some of the food at the buffet was no longer fresh. There is no water maker in the room and you have to pay 4 euros per day for tea. You also have to pay for an iron. There are no water dispensers in the swimming pool or throughout the house. We were totally dissatisfied. The four of us sat at a small table where there was little space for two people. For two days we even sat alone in another room because there was supposedly no space in the dining room, and 80% of it was free. The food is always the same for a week. The bed rather the mattress was a disaster. We had severe back pain because of it. In front of the hotel construction site the hotel could only be reached via a narrow, rickety bridge. The parking space that was confirmed to us was not there so we had to park over 1 km further away. You should have informed visitors about the construction site and the parking lot.
