We chose this hotel only because we had already been there two years ago and we had relatively good impressions of good service, delicious food and, most importantly, the good location of the hotel. The only negative about the location is that opposite is the clinic’s terrace, where people drink beer until late at night, talk loudly and laugh, and thus there is no opportunity to rest at night. And early in the morning, clinic workers begin working on the same terrace. They sweep, remove the remains of yesterday's garbage, while talking noisily among themselves. Therefore, when booking, I recommend choosing a room facing the courtyard. But this is also not always good. If you get a room overlooking the courtyard, you will be woken up early in the morning by the kitchen staff, whose windows overlook the courtyard. Loud conversation of workers and cigarette smoke. . The kitchen this year completely disappointed us. Low quality of products and complete lack of imagination of the cook. As well as old, flabby fruit, blackened lettuce leaves remained untouched. Every day we were offered leftovers from yesterday's food. The manager reacted very negatively to the patients' remark. And after dinner there is no opportunity to sit in the bar, since the workers close it at 8 pm, although it is written that the bar is open until 22 pm.. We came to the conclusion that we will never come here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

I am very pleased with the hotel, the treatment, and the food. Thanks a lot! But I am very dissatisfied with the transfer from Germany to the hotel. Firstly, I arrived 2 hours late, and secondly, the trunk was so small that all the suitcases could not fit and because of this there was a time delay, because we had to rearrange the suitcases in different ways. I was the last to be picked up and we only spent half an hour trying to fit my medium-sized suitcase in and we barely succeeded. And then, elderly people were traveling with a rollator, which they paid for, which had to be placed in the cabin and because of this they sat crookedly and cramped for the entire 6-hour drive to the hotel... If this had not been possible, then I would not have been able to go . The car was for 8 people, but not a Mercedes, but some kind of old-style minibus. People from the hotel also said that there was also a problem with suitcases and one suitcase kept flying out of the trunk along the way. The hotel is located in Centerum Karlovy Vary and is close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. Karlovy Vary is a very nice place I would come again.Negatives
The food in the restaurant is always the same, not a large selection, salad was not fresh. Some of the food at the buffet was no longer fresh. There is no water maker in the room and you have to pay 4 euros per day for tea. You also have to pay for an iron. There are no water dispensers in the swimming pool or throughout the house.
