Sanatorium Venus is located very close to the springs. This is very convenient, since you need to drink water 3 times a day. There are rooms with a balcony overlooking Sadovaya Street, where you can sit at a table. In the sanatorium you can drink juices - apple and orange, water and tea - whenever you want - around the clock. Lunch and dinner are prepared according to your choice from the menu. Today at breakfast you choose what you will eat for lunch and dinner tomorrow. The menu is different every day - varied: meat, chicken, rabbit and fish in different forms.Negatives
- some of the staff are not at all friendly! - the quality of food does not qualify for 4 stars: 3 times a day the same salads and side dishes, they are not even updated - what was not eaten in the morning is left for lunch and then for dinner... - if you are late for breakfast, lunch or dinner - I was undergoing procedures, for example, and not all the food that was at the beginning was left - they didn’t add it - they saved it. - there is one fruit for each person for lunch and dinner, if you want something extra - no... - they gave me a herring once, I don’t know where they brought it from, they just piled it in a pile, as soon as I remember this look, it makes me sick! — sausages and postramas, when they run out, are also thrown into a pile! - there is no way to choose the time of the procedures, as they distribute themselves, this is what should be done, and if it doesn’t suit them - they say there is no other time - don’t do it!

Мы понимаем, что не все соответствовало Вашему личному расписанию, с учётом Ваших каждодневных послеобеденных экскурсий. Главная медицинская сестра старалась поставить все процедуры на утро, но к сожалению, это не было возможно при полном отеле. При встрече с главными менеджерами, мы предложили Вам поменять отель, но Вы отказались. Что касается питания, то мы находимся под строгим надзором органов гигиены. И они регулярно осуществляют комплексный контроль. В любом случае мы учтём Ваше мнение и сделаем нужные для себя выводы. С уважением М. Жидкова, директор отеля.

The worst thing is the food. Soups are still okay, sometimes the main courses are normal. But the salads are a complete minus. one and even grated carrots, cabbage and chopped mixed leaves. Breakfast is not rich, but there are 2 types of sausage, ham and 2 types of cheese. Sausages. Cooking eggs leaves a lot to be desired. Porridge 2 types. There are dried fruits and yogurt. There are buns and cheesecakes, but it’s not a fact that you will get it) In general, breakfast for 4. Lunches and dinners between 3 and 3+. There is no cleaning in the rooms. A tuft of hair lay in the bathroom for the entire 10 days (not ours). They simply rub it with a wet rag on the tiles (by the way, it’s very slippery after this, be careful, especially in hotel slippers). Linen is changed promptly. Well, that’s all somehow. The vacuum cleaner is nominal, the balcony is not washed at all, and neither are the glasses. Terrible hood in the hotel (apparently from the kitchen), the stench in the elevator is constant, in the corridors of the 1st-3rd floor it’s almost the same, it got to 4 once. In general, 3 stars is ok, but it doesn’t qualify for 4. The pool is brutal, I didn’t even go in there myself, but there are massage rooms nearby, the concentration of chlorine is such that not everyone’s eyes burn and their noses can’t stand it.Answer from Spa Hotel Venus

Disgusting room cleaning. It’s not clear why in a 4* hotel you had to ask for toiletries. In my understanding, they should be left every time after cleaning. I rested for 2 weeks with my retired parents. Everything is perfect: attentive, friendly staff; quality of treatment; the location of the sanatorium (all sources are within walking distance, for my parents this was also very important); delicious, varied menu (the portions were very large for me! :-D)... We managed not only to undergo treatment, but also to go on excursions without compromising the procedures (the medical staff is cooperative when planning treatment, and the restaurant managers are ready to open it half an hour earlier /later so that they can have breakfast/dinner and give out (if desired) packed rations for the missed meal). My husband and I were at the Venus Hotel from February 16 to February 26, 2018. Great location, same quality service, food and treatment. We are surprised and glad that we chose this hotel. The staff is polite, the rooms are perfectly clean, the food is so tasty and varied that we gained 3 kg in 10 days))). The menu is excellent, the portions are huge. They meet the client halfway in everything. there were a lot of our Russian Germans from Germany - they go there many times and they are all very happy too. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and all the staff for their smiles, kindness and attention.
