Good managers in the kitchen, my daughter needed special food and they tried very hard to help and make our stay comfortable. Dirty water in the pool. The hotel website says that the pool has mineral water. In fact, it’s just plain water with antiseptic. Apparently, it is very rarely changed, because... The smell of bleach was terrible. Procedures scheduled for 7 am. Firstly, on vacation you want to sleep. Secondly, a hot bath at 7 am gives you a headache for the whole day. In the evening it would be nicer. In general, I gave up hot baths at 7 am after the first one. Здравствуйте уважаемая Инна! Спасибо за отзыв, но некоторые описанные вами моменты не совсем точны. Во-первых, на сайте отеля не написано, что в бассейне минеральная вода. Быть может, Вы увидели эту информацию на одном из сайтов онлайн-бронирования. Но она не соответствует действительности. Более того, на сайте sanatoriums.com, где Вы бронировали "Венус", нигде не написано такой информации. Во-вторых, воду в бассейне регулярно меняют и за этим наблюдает главная медсестра "Венуса". Что касается процедур с 07:00, то практически на всех курортах так и происходит, до обеда процедуры, а после обеда отдых. Тем более, что в отелях отдыхает много гостей и всем нужно отпустить процедуры до обеда. Не совсем понятен смысл Вашего заявления, что Вы потратили деньги, а не получили ничего взамен. Все процедуры Вам были назначены и Вы проходили лечение. В любом случае, Ваши претензии были приняты к сведению.
