We arrived on Sunday, but despite this, we were immediately sent to see a doctor. Doctor Olesya is very attentive, procedures are coordinated and changed if necessary. For the first time in 8 visits to the CV, they asked me for tests, pictures, and medical history. Marcela is a very professional injection nurse, very attentive and friendly. An excellent chef in the restaurant, he cooks delicious food! The waiters work smoothly, quickly and always with a smile. Wonderful girl Alena at the reception. All the staff during the procedures are attentive (with rare exceptions, as discussed below). I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel.Negatives
A sister takes blood without disposable gloves! During procedures, patients are placed on the same towel. A disposable roll is available only at injections and at the doctor. I went with my own towel! I really didn’t like Jana, she does the procedures carelessly, when asked to cover her with a blanket or raise the headrest, she reacts as if you were asking for a cup of coffee in bed. She does not even hide her hostility towards clients; she can scold people in a boorish tone. I witnessed an elderly woman burst into tears in the elevator after she scolded her for getting the time wrong. One of the lymphatic drainage devices is not working well. Everyone knows this, but they prove to every new client that everything is fine. Opposite the hotel there is a construction site + min. water, so I spent all three weeks listening to the sounds of a circular saw and a jackhammer.

The hotel is conveniently located on the most beautiful street in Karlovy Vary. Not far from the springs. The doctors are attentive. There are no problems with replacing procedures if the need arises. The treatment is high quality. Mineral water for baths has already been supplied, everything will work in the summer. The staff is mostly friendly and welcoming. I liked the food. Just enough. Hot dishes made to order are especially good. The cook is wonderful! The presentation of dishes, the size of portions, the quality of products are at a decent level - this does not happen in every restaurant. During my three weeks at the hotel, the dishes were almost never repeated! The rooms are different. It's a lottery, depending on your luck. But mostly cozy. Everything necessary for life and recreation is available. Rooms are cleaned daily at a convenient time. Change of towels, bed linen, dressing gowns - in sufficient quantity. Overall, I am very pleased with the treatment and vacation and can recommend this hotel.Negatives

Мы связались с лечебным отделением и узнали, что Вам была назначена именно процедура "парафанго" ("parafango"), а не "грязелечение" ("slatina"). Обе процедуры представляют собой наложение пластов на кожу, чисто визуально процедуры похожи, поэтому могло возникнуть недопонимание. В процедуре "парафанго" используется смесь торфа и парафина, которая при выходе из духовки имеет температуру от 37 до 40 градусов Цельсия. В зависимости от индивидуальной переносимости клиента (кто-то более чувствителен к температуре, кто-то менее), эта процедура может восприниматься телом немного по-разному. We were at the hotel at the beginning of March, everything was very good. Wonderful staff, the girls at the reception helped resolve all issues. The food in the hotel is at the highest level, everything is very tasty, thank you very much to the chef, lots of fruits, vegetables, tea and coffee in the morning, only tea at lunch and evening. The medical staff is very attentive, all procedures are at the highest level. The hotel has a free Finnish and Turkish bath. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The staff had partially changed, so there was no feeling that you were welcome here as a regular customer. The service was somewhat lackluster (linen was not changed, although the rooms were cleaned well and regularly). The restaurant has also improved in assortment and service, although there are no complaints about the cook (the quality of the dishes).

We rested and received treatment in Karlovy Vary 3 times. This is the first time at this hotel; we noticed it last year. A very cozy hotel, a wonderful comfortable standard room with a balcony in a renovated building. All procedures are carried out at the highest level, correctly distributed and performed without delays! The staff, both medical and service, are very welcoming and friendly!!!! There is absolutely no negativity! Of the minor shortcomings, I can only mention the creaky parquet floor under the carpet in the renovated room S, but this in no way spoiled the overall impression of the stay.

We rested at the English Court from November 20 to December 7, 2015. The hotel is located on a quiet, beautiful street. The springs are very close, the farthest first spring is a 7-minute walk. We lived in a standard room on the 4th floor. The room is clean, good bed linen, very comfortable mattress. Cleaned every day, no complaints. Towels, bed linen and bathrobes were changed in a timely manner. We arrived on Friday afternoon and had a doctor’s appointment on Sunday. We really liked the doctor Olesya Kovach. Attentive, professional examination, competent prescription of procedures. The list of medical procedures in the hotel is not very long, but they were enough to feel an improvement. We were given a massage by a pleasant young woman, Zuzana Blakhova, special thanks to her. The food was wonderful! The cook at the hotel is great! The girls serving in the restaurant are very pleasant, always friendly and pleasant. At the reception they helped with any questions. The hotel gives the impression of being very homely and cozy. If you want silence, be sure to ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard. In the morning, garbage men roar on the street, and in the afternoon, in the house opposite, construction is in full swing. And beware of the "duplex rooms". They consist of a small living room and a bedroom under the ceiling - you have to climb up a narrow wooden ladder. Running to the toilet at night is a whole story, especially for a child. And it’s stuffy to sleep, even with the window open.
