During the procedures, you want to lie in silence or listen to light music and relax, but the wonderful (really!) staff chirps in their beautiful language incessantly and very loudly. What are they talking about? About yours, about your girl’s? After the bath, there was a paraffin procedure in the same room; I was asked to wait 5 minutes in the corridor, although there was not a soul during this procedure. We have been going to your spa hotel 3-4 times already with a whole company of 6-9 people from different countries and continents. We know the staff well, the very knowledgeable and experienced doctor Olesya, we like the food and service, the hotel and restaurant are clean and tidy. The hotel is located close to mineral springs in the city center. New types of treatment have appeared: acupuncture. We hope to return to you again. Ms. Galina Gelevich organizes us all and makes the order. As a suggestion: it seems to me that such regular customers, and especially Mrs. Gelevich, should give a personal discount next time.Negatives
There are 5-6 steep steps when entering the hotel. It is very inconvenient to go up and down with suitcases. It's time to make some more convenient ascent/descent. There is not always a man at the reception who can help. Lack of at least a small swimming pool (walking in 5 in the winter is a small pleasure). When ordering (single) rooms, there is a difference in cost between economy and standard. In fact, we had 6 standard rooms, which all faced the wall (it was written that the standard rooms face the street, although this is a deliberate lie, since the single rooms are all on the right side of the corridor and, accordingly, the windows face the wall). Please pay attention to this and do not mislead clients, and also bring order to this issue (single rooms) financially.

The main disadvantage was unclear and ill-thought-out logistics. We ordered an intercity transfer from the city of Mühlhein on the Ruhr to Karlovy Vary and back. And if on the way there everything was not bad with logistics (but there was an uncomfortable bus, very cramped, and a driver who did not care about the passengers), and on the 600 km journey we spent 7 hours with all stops, then on the way back everything was much better worse. We spent 10 hours on the road (!) and the problem was that our bus gathered people scattered geographically across different parts of Germany - completely thoughtlessly, as if the remnants of those who did not fit into other transfers.

Thank you very much for a wonderful time at your hotel. My husband and I were at the English Court for the first time, but I think we will come back here again. We join all the positive reviews. Very friendly, calm and comfortable environment. The quality and variety of food simply surprised us, and we have been to many countries. All-inclusive hotels did not always have such food.Negatives
We agree with those who would like more desserts and dairy products for dinner. This is perhaps my only dietary wish. As for the rest, everything is either excellent or very good.

Good morning! After my stay in Karlovy Vary at the Anglicky Dvur sanatorium, where I was from November 2, 2018 to November 15, 2018. delighted!!! The quality of food, accommodation, treatment, the work of the staff, the tension of the sanatorium - Excellent!!! Excellent!!! Amazing!!! It's like a fairytale!!! The city of Karlovy Vary is very beautiful, I really like it, I try to come to Karlovy Vary every year and stay at the Anglicky Dvur hotel, I like this particular hotel, its location to the springs and, in general, it is very cozy, comfortable and delicious. We like the location of the hotel, 7 minutes walk to the springs, very friendly staff, especially at the Reception, special thanks to Yura. We would like to thank hotel manager Pavlina Rudovska for the competent information regarding bookings. Regarding the procedures, I would like that instead of curtains that separate one cabin from another there would be more reliable and stable partitions that would not fly apart from the touch of a nurse or a patient of the opposite sex lying nearby and receiving the procedure, and there is also a request to the service staff during procedures, I would like silence, and not listen to their rather loud conversations. But many thanks to the masseuse Lyudmila, she is a professional, she works at 100 percent. Of course, many thanks to Dr. Olesya Kovach for her competence and professionalism, practical advice and correctly prescribed procedures. I was in the sanatorium from October 22 to November 2, 2018. The organization of the holiday from the moment of meeting at Prague airport until the moment of departure was excellent. As for the sanatorium, I went there for the second time and therefore there were no surprises for me. I am completely satisfied with the treatment and food at the English Court sanatorium. Price - quality matches. While relaxing, on an excursion I met vacationers from other sanatoriums. I recommended the English Court.
