I can only recommend the hotel. Unfortunately I was only there for a week. You don't get that many spa treatments there, but they were all of high quality. Many thanks to the super nice doctor! Very good food is also offered there. Skin dishes are served to everyone at the table, and there are numerous side dishes and salads. Fruits and sweets for dessert. Very nice staff, you feel at home right from the reception. Your own swimming pool, sauna cabin and blinds don't let you get bored on rainy days. I did not regret that I spent two weeks of my vacation at the VENUS sanatorium!!! Check-in, medical examination, food and treatment procedures deserve the highest rating!! The cleanliness of the rooms and the service of the food service can be described as exemplary!!! I would especially like to mention Dr. Zdenka Frankova! A very attentive and sensitive doctor to other people's problems! A good psychologist, she quickly finds a common language with the patient, and when choosing procedures, she always discusses them with him! I would also like to mention Susana Markova, a worker in hydromassage procedures! She knows her hotel very well, is polite and sensitive to any whims of her clients! We spent 14 days at the Venus Hotel. The vacation was very good. The hotel is very conveniently located, the food was varied and delicious. There are no complaints about the staff and food. There are complaints about the room equipment. 1. The floor in the bathroom is tiled; if water gets on it, it becomes very slippery, especially with those slippers that the hotel gives you. The bathtub is very high and wide, which is probably good for some, but older people have big problems getting into this bathtub. I am 172 cm tall, and despite this it was not at all easy to get into the bathtub. The handle you can hold on to is quite far away (due to the width of the bathtub), making it difficult to reach. You have to cling to anything. The drainage point is in the middle, and the soap residue makes the bottom of the bathtub slippery; I fell twice when trying to get out of the bathtub. There are still big bruises on my legs. Somehow the management of the sanatorium needs to think through this issue, and not wait for something bad to happen... 2. The quality of the towels that are provided does not correspond to the level of the hotel (****!). They are all so worn out that it seems that they were bought back in the last century. A couple of times we received them with holes, sometimes with stains. This spoils the impression of the hotel. 3. The rooms do not have air conditioning. But, probably, one could think about fans, for example, renting them out to those who wish. In hot weather it is simply impossible to stay in the rooms. 4. The only negative is the room we stayed in, it had a connecting door to the next room, which is not isolated from noise and you could hear all the sounds from the next room, the voices of neighbors and the sound of TV in the evenings.
