Everything was just wonderful, we were very pleased with everything, from check-in to check-out. We checked in immediately upon arrival, ahead of time absolutely free of charge. We received coupons for a glass of champagne - a compliment from the establishment. The room - ordinary, standard, was beyond all praise - large, spacious, with large windows, with a large bathroom and a bathtub the size of a small swimming pool. The room was very warm. including heated towel rail in the bathroom. Large closet, working safe. Cleaning every day, promptly, properly. Towels were changed as needed. There were the required robe and slippers. Robes and towels are white and fluffy. Very comfortable beds, warm blankets. Close to the springs, excellent location. The food deserves a separate story - we took breakfast and dinner, ate for the whole day, everything was very tasty, and for every taste: porridge, salads, fruits, pancakes, pancakes. Honey, jam. Eggs, cheeses, sausages... It’s simply too much to list. We really enjoyed cooking fish dishes. Delicious and nutritious soups. It’s very convenient that your place in the restaurant is assigned to you for the entire duration of your stay. The service staff helps in any matter - for example, you can change dinner for lunch if you go on an excursion. Or ask for dry rations. Also honey. The nurses during treatment procedures are very polite and diligent. Wonderful massage therapists. Everything is located very compactly, you don’t need to look for anything for a long time or go far. The schedule of procedures is convenient, and the second half of the day remains at your disposal. We needed a late check-out - we arranged it at the last minute, for a very reasonable fee. We definitely recommend it. We didn’t even have time to leave - I already want to return. We met nice people there who come back year after year.Negatives

The sanatorium has excellent food, tasty and varied. The staff in the dining room is polite and neat, they try to fulfill any request. Another advantage is the location of the sanatorium, within easy reach of sources, and the compact combination of treatment and treatment departments with living quarters. Rudeness of some people at the reception. They speak in an inappropriate tone. I don’t know the names or surnames of these persons, but such a tone is unacceptable in dealing with clients. And even more so, the staff at the desk should not be concerned in any way about where I came from. I also cannot help but note the poor quality of cleaning in the rooms and poorly made beds. I remembered my time in the pioneer camp. This concerns the fact that it is not entirely convenient to eat at a table with six people. Somehow think about arranging the tables differently so that there is more privacy. Very poor salad bar, few appetizers. Maybe this is now due to financial difficulties. The staff who carried out the treatments, as well as the examining doctors, mostly seemed very reserved. The organization of the Prague excursion was catastrophic. During the bus ride all information was only given in Russian. I stayed at the Venus Hotel from October 19 to October 28. All liked it. The procedures are good and at convenient times. The food is not restaurant style, but tasty. The staff is friendly. For all questions they go to a meeting. I took the “Golden Triangle” excursion with Elena Orirskaya, a guide from God. Highly recommend. We went to Prague with Alena Reznikova. Interesting, professionally conducted excursion. Thank you Elena and Alena for your work. The transfer also worked great. Everything was on time. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders in the room, please better watch out for this please. There were a couple of unfriendly ladies who did the procedures. Unfortunately, there was no milk for dinner with black tea. Also, a couple of times there were tomatoes that were not the freshest for the salad.
