I really liked the hotel. Wonderful location: nearby springs, a park, shops. The street is relatively quiet. Bright rooms, snow-white linen, all toiletries (although there is no soap, gel instead). Every day the restaurant menu has a choice of 4 meat and 2 fish dishes, 2 types of soup. There are fruits, pastries, meat and vegetable cuts , salads, cereals, small desserts. The staff is very responsive and attentive. Next year I would like to return only here again.Negatives
This is not a negative, but rather a wish. When I checked in late (9 pm), I wrote a request to leave dinner for me. After all, in principle, I had already paid for lunch and dinner. But to my great surprise, I was provided with a “packed ration” (pate, butter, cream, juice, biscuits, apple). After a long journey (almost a day), it is simply impossible to eat this. This Lunch box is certainly appropriate on an excursion. Based on experience from other hotels, they left me a tray with a full dinner (fish and salad, for example), covered with film. I stayed at the Venus sanatorium for the first time from 06/1-06/15/22. From the moment of the transfer, which I was very pleased with, until departure. The driver Slava is cultured, taciturn, and very courteous. In the sanatorium itself, everyone, starting from the reception (Zdena, Michaela, Yana), the nurses (Yana, Blazhena, massage therapist Peter) were very friendly and were experts in their field. At the restaurant, the manager Dasha is very attentive and polite. And also all the service staff. I hope to come next year only to this sanatorium. Special thanks to the entire sanatoriums.com team for the attitude they showed during the booking and answering the numerous questions I asked before arrival. It is very necessary to diversify breakfast products more, for example: there should be kefir, a variety of juices, and not cloyingly sweet water like apple juice. There was always a stale extract for tea, the bread was wonderful, and those buns were rich almost every morning and evening. Dry and not fresh . The quality of fresh fruit leaves much to be desired; tangerines, plums, apples, and other fruit are not tasty. Good location, in the center of the Karlovy Vary resort area, close to the Mill Colonnade and very close to the Garden Colonnade. Very good cuisine, both dinner and lunch include drinks, juices, water, tea. Friendly staff. Medical procedures were carried out at clearly scheduled times.
