We were very pleased with our stay at the Venus Hotel, two adults and two children. The youngest said that the hotel is delicious, just like grandma’s. The staff was polite during the procedures, the room was cleaned every day, including weekends.

The only thing that marred the holiday was that we ordered 2 standard rooms. The website states that they have a shower/bathtub. We asked in advance that at least one of them had a bathroom. The sanatoriums staff sent a request to the hotel, and we received confirmation that we would receive the desired room. As a result, upon arrival it turned out that both rooms had a shower. The woman at the registration site was not aware, but she saw that all the rooms were occupied. A room with a bathroom was available every other day. A day later we contacted again. Another administrator already said that rooms with a bathroom are only for 3 people, with the possibility of installing additional ones. beds, and it will cost us more. I was yelled at in an impertinent tone that I should speak Russian, which is difficult when you only know German, -Reception staff - very impatient and snappy -The spa program is not adapted to the wishes of the spa guests, you have to take what you get -It advertises a free trip to Prague, which is very nice, but as a German I had no chance to learn anything about Prague and the surrounding area. The tour was only in Russian. The reception staff are very unfriendly; they call you 24 hours before you leave to pay your bill. Although there is no warning that you cannot pay small amounts with your card, the employee asked me to pay 5 euros in cash only. I didn't want to withdraw any more money from the ATM and wanted to pay the amount with the 5 euro note, but I wasn't allowed to because the note had a small tear in it (about 3mm). The employee said I should go to the bank. When I then wanted to see the manager, I should look for him myself; after a long discussion the problem was solved. We stayed at the Hotel Venus for the first time and were very satisfied. Small hotel in a central location. Hotel is clean, friendly staff. Staff always tries to fulfill Eden's wishes. The restaurant is not big but very clean and it's cleared away straight away. The food selection isn't that big but there's something for Eden. The staff is very friendly. My husband and I came to the doctor and told about the problem, to which the doctor (Czech) said: “Drink water, when you come home, go to your doctor and let them prescribe you antibiotics.” We came to the sanatorium to hear this. According to the latest techniques, the doctor has advised you to treat Helicobacter pyroli with antibiotics after returning home, because antibiotics would interfere with sanatorium treatment and drinking regime.
