The food at the hotel is very modest, savings on procedures from the doctor, paid oxygen therapy, a lot of Ukrainians, whose behavior shocked me, we can say that half of the vacationers were Ukrainians, for me this was a huge minus for such a sanatorium. Room cleaning was 3, the dust was never wiped off in 12 days, the bed was changed once, towels were changed 2 times. no robes. when I arrived, no one met me and I lifted the suitcase myself, just like when I left, everything was done by myself.

A visit to the pool and sauna - the procedure only takes 40 minutes! Firstly, there is little time, and in the evening it doesn’t work, and very often you want to relax in the evening after long walks, especially since at 20-00 life in Karlovy Vary comes to a standstill. Our room had very thin mattresses and it was very hard to sleep in. Although upon check-out we were told that if we had contacted us, they would have changed the mattresses without any problems. Next time we will know. This is a small problem, we can say that there was no negativity!
