For the second time I was convinced of the reliability of booking a hotel from the website sanatoriums.com. Everything that was included in the service package was completed in full. This includes a free transfer from the airport, a preventive treatment program, and a price. The hotel is very convenient in winter, everything is in the building. I would especially like to mention the tea room and wellness. They were the only reason it was worth coming here. I would like to thank the reservation and sales managers Irina Siglova and Lenku Skalakovu for their professionalism, responsiveness and attentiveness. Thank you so much for a great vacation! There were three meals a day, during the week not a single last minute dish was repeated, for lunch and dinner there was always a choice of chicken, pork, beef and fish, once there was venison. Everything was amazingly tasty. The cleanliness was perfect, the tables were cleared quickly, the staff was very polite and friendly . I liked everyone about the procedures, they started strictly at the appointed time, without delay! A very pleasant and attentive doctor! The SPA is beyond words, clean, it is clear that it has recently been renovated, three baths, many sunbeds for relaxation, there is a special room with a large samovar with herbal tea and three jugs with mint-lemon water! The staff at the spa are very polite and positive. Very good location from the springs. The rooms are clean, warm and cozy. During the week I received a lot of relaxation, positivity and good mood! There were no Christmas and New Year's Eve celebrations, we weren't used to that before. We had never experienced this on multiple trips to Marienbad. It was simply “Death Pants”. My wife was not happy with the medical treatment because we came because of back problems, which received little attention. Am Anreisetag ist es jedoch möglich, mit dem Auto vor dem Hotel anzukommen, das Gepäck auszuladen und dann zu einem Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu fahren. Der nächste Parkplatz ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Der Umfang der ärztlichen Versorgung hängt von dem bestellten Behandlungspakets ab. Wenn der Kunde eine leichte Kur bestellt, sind im Preis 1x ärztliche Konsultation und 10 Kuranwendungen pro Person und Woche gemäß der Verordnung des Kurarztes enthalten.
