The schedule of procedures does not take into account either the time of eating or the drinking course. My appeal on this matter prompted the response “If you don’t want to, don’t go.” It seems to me that this is a strange position regarding the provision of prepaid services. In addition, in my case, it turned out that I was not able to complete one of the procedures - only 2 procedures, which, of course, makes little sense. This is the first time I’ve encountered this on my 8th visit to KV and 5th to Astoria. I think this indicates poor planning. Underwater massage is no longer done at all; hydrojet is prescribed instead. It is clear that underwater massage was a much more expensive procedure, but it had an effect. It is clear that the sanatorium is following the path of reducing costs, but the changes do not really fit in with the upcoming transformation into 4*.
