Food: very dry meat and porridge. I didn’t like that it was not easy to find a seat in the dining room due to the reserve table. But when we did reserve, somebody was sitting on our table and he didn't leave our table, when we come. Our friends couldn't sit with us. Treatment: why we can’t make any changes in the procedure. May be some procedure not good for us or we didn't like them. It it have to be more freedom to change procedures like in Slovenia.

The organization of the trip by Sanatorium.com was exemplary. Some special requests were fulfilled quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Unbeatable price for such a wonderful health holiday. Transport there on time with a friendly, safe driver. The Hotel Astoria is very centrally and beautifully located. Welcome and stay very pleasant. Clean hotel with good food/half board. Very good breakfast. I can only say positive things about the treatments. On the day of the reception, the doctor took time to discuss the matter and made suggestions as to which treatments were recommended. There were three treatments a day, water massage and gas injection seemed particularly helpful to me. The return journey was less pleasant. 7 hours driving time from Karlsbad to Bavaria, just because the Russian driver (actually nice) only drove the country road from Karlsbad to Munich. He had an incorrectly set navigation system only in Russian. The air conditioning was broken (over 30 degrees outside). The journey to Karlsbad took four hours with a search in Munich.
