Everything was wonderful, we will definitely go again. My wife and I were very pleased with our trip to Karlovy Vary. Everything was just perfect. Starting from placing the order, thanks to the operators. The transfer was just a great idea, they dropped us off at the doorstep of the house and returned it. The minibus is clean and comfortable. Personal thanks to the driver, I think his name is Milan. Smooth, respectful, a real pro. We went there and back with him. We were greeted friendly at the Hotel; the room we got was a little cramped, but cozy. The window looked out onto the street, in the morning you could hear bells and every day a musician with a violin. We were lucky with the weather, combined with everything else, we enjoyed every day. The doctor and staff are friendly and friendly. Additional procedures could be purchased upon request. The restaurant was amazingly clean, all anti-corona measures were observed. We were quite pleased with the choice of food. The room always had freshly starched, sparkling white bed linen, changed every 3 days. Towels were changed at will, even every day. Cleaning was also carried out on time. We walked a lot, the town is wonderful for its architecture and location. We lived in the Astoria Hotel, right opposite the springs - it was very convenient. The square in front of the Hotel was pleasing to the eye, and the soul simply sang with delight. Two weeks passed quickly, at the most desired level. In terms of accommodation: there are very small rooms (thank you, we were quickly moved), the passage between the bed and the table is less than 50 cm. Extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially when you come for a long period of time. You have to sit on the bed the entire time of your stay.
