This moment is very striking, because I myself have a higher medical education. On a second visit, the time for communication was within 5 minutes. Why this is needed is not clear. The doctor serves several hotels at once, apparently there is no time for more. But this is not our problem. I wanted a more complete dialogue with my colleague, but alas!. There are no information stands about the treatment methods used in this sanatorium (not everyone has access to the Internet) Leisure time for vacationers is not organized in any way, after 18 o’clock everyone scatters to their rooms, it’s very boring! This is apparently a specificity of European sanatoriums

This is not even negative, but rather positive. On the first day, I was served soup with smoked sausages and tough veal. I told the nutritionist that I was not satisfied with this diet and would refuse it. I don’t know if it worked, but later everything was very tasty, very dietary and varied. So all the problems in Astoria can be easily solved. Thanks to all the staff of the resort.

On this site, we independently, without intermediaries, booked 2 places in the Astoria sanatorium without prepayment (it’s very wonderful that they trust people) from 08/05/16 to 08/15/16. Upon arrival, we were placed in exactly the right room with a beautiful view of the colonnade. Liked everything. The resort is located in the most stunning location. Directly opposite the colonnade. You don't have to go far for some water. Extraordinary beauty. Very center. Very attentive staff. Everyone is smiling, from the maid to the doctor. The food is good, I always had a stomach ache at home. There I never noticed pain. Water and, of course, almost dietary nutrition helped. Those who prefer spicy and fried food will probably not like it. The room is cleaned daily, the linen is snow-white. I really liked the city itself. Wonderful air. Beauty of buildings, abundance of flowers. I really liked the opportunity to visit other cities and countries with the help of experienced guides. Definitely, as they say, we will be alive and will come again. At first I was placed in a room overlooking the colonnade, which, given my height, was difficult to see without going to the window. HOWEVER, it was almost impossible to do this without breaking a table lamp or getting a bump on your head. But you ended up falling on both already injured knees right in the presence of a representative of the administration. I was very grateful to the management of the sanatorium for moving me to the next room with a safe approach to the window. Further, the most negative thing about working in a canteen is the ability to do it in one hour, drinking water and attending any procedure, even despite the proximity to the sources. Hearing criticism against you for showing up 10 or 15 minutes before the end of, say, breakfast is very unpleasant. At the age of 6, you feel like a pioneer of Soviet times. The same feelings overwhelm you when, every week in the morning, a bullhorn announces hysterically that food cannot be taken out from the canteen (although except for a piece of bread or salad with radishes, etc.) and there is nothing to take out, and there was no need, because in case of travel, rations were issued without fail. Further, the lack of gowns greatly increases the time required for procedures...Perhaps it is worth organizing their rental for an affordable fee?!.. There are other comments and suggestions, but let others say the rest...

Everything is amazing, a couple of years ago I was in a 4-star hotel next door. with Astoria. I can say for sure that in all respects ASTORIA is an order of magnitude higher. The doctor is wonderful, the service is friendly, at the reception they helped twice (great staff), the cleaning is excellent, throughout the hotel and in my room M005. In the treatment rooms, the nurses are like sisters, the receptionists are cheerful... There were no problems, hello to the plumber, everything worked better than at my home. I liked that you can book without prepayment, this nuance and the location opposite the COLONNADE decided my choice. The visa document was sent within a few hours. Negative - skeptics write about life, don’t believe it, everything is fine. I have been to many countries and on different continents.
