We again explained that they were wrong, that it was not good to demand money for changing a number that initially did not match! As a result, they demanded 10 euros from us to move to a renovated room! That's it, 10 euros out of the blue... and all the inconveniences and nerves of the client don't count!

The hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities (no ramps, one elevator does not work well). 4. There are no nurses on duty, there was a need to contact her twice, and the office was closed. 5. Items forgotten during procedures are not returned (fitness watches were left behind). 6.
