Анализ крови у нас обязательно выдается на руки клиенту, нужно на следующий день после сдачи анализа прийти к своему врачу и он выдаст результат - такой у нас порядок. Что касается массажиста, он у нас работает более 25 лет и прекрасно знает свою работу, ранее жалоб на него не поступало. The food is modest. There weren't enough desserts and sweets, especially at dinner. Most of the medical staff are too harsh - if you are 1 minute late, the procedure is lost. The big problem is to measure blood pressure - only at the doctor, and there is a queue to see the doctor. There is no shampoo or shower cap in the room. You were given one piece of soap upon arrival. Bed linen is changed once a week.

The location, the building itself is very comfortable, cozy, in a beautiful old house, the rooms are clean, I read somewhere that the rooms with windows facing the courtyard have a bad view, I chose the more expensive ones with a view of the Colonnade, so it doesn’t matter at all and rooms overlooking the courtyard are also good. They smoke everywhere!!! The staff smokes at the entrance to the sanatorium itself, they set up an ashtray and everyone stands there, like we do now near restaurants, you walk in and there’s smoke all around. The guests smoke in the rooms, when I asked the neighbors on the balcony not to smoke, they said that they specifically asked at the reception if it was possible to smoke in the room and they were told that it was better on the balcony, but the smoke was all coming towards me!!! The food was generally very tasty, but ten minutes after the start of breakfast it ended, only after complaints it got better, the employees in the canteen are angry and rude, in general, a canteen!

I was satisfied with the treatment and rest in the sanatorium. However, the food leaves much to be desired. Very monotonous and tasteless salads, although this may be due to the winter season. But at least they gave me just a green salad more often, and not carrots, cabbage, or radishes every day. Soups are specific, but apparently in Europe they are like that. But they don't taste good! The impression is a soup made from bouillon cubes and chopped carrots and onions. Then it seems to me that it would be better to make different puree soups - at least for Russians, because they are still similar to what we are used to and it is not water. The meat (beef) in the second courses is always tasteless and very tough, and the knives are dull! I stopped eating beef. I took fish. And a wish: more baked goods. For breakfast and dessert for lunch.

I stayed at the sanatorium in February 2016, I liked absolutely everything, I’ll start with the accommodation, I wasn’t quite happy with the room, they offered me another 502, very cozy and unusual, the maid came every day, the food was excellent, there were a lot of dietary dishes, there was food for diabetics, there was food without meat , choice for lunch and dinner from several dishes and 4 on duty, always fish, steamed vegetables, if you go on an excursion, you order a packed lunch. In 2 weeks, I completed 30 procedures, a drinking course, 3 appointments with a doctor, blood and urine tests, before upon departure, the extract is handed over to you. The staff is friendly, professionals in their field, always helpful and ready to help. The sanatorium is clean, comfortable, there is Internet in the atrium, on each floor there are tables where you can sit, I also think it’s a plus that in the sanatorium there are no strangers, only residents. Well, the location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance.
